Bu vefat sadece A\u00e7e\u2019nin de\u011fil, A\u00e7e\u2019nin temsil etti\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck sistemin de -en az\u0131ndan G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya ba\u011flam\u0131nda- analiz edilmesini gerektirecek \u00f6nemde. Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun ve hareketinin bir tesad\u00fcf olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihi verilerle ortadad\u0131r. Bu k\u0131sa yaz\u0131, \u00f6zellikle bu konuda s\u00f6yleneceklere bir giri\u015f niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Bir Gelene\u011fin Takip\u00e7isi: Tiro Ailesi<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun mensubu bulundu\u011fu aile, yani Tiro ailesi, \u00f6zellikle 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l Hollanda emperyalizminin en yo\u011fun d\u00f6nemlerinin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hollanda Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndaki varl\u0131klar\u0131 ile dikkat \u00e7eker. Bu nedenledir ki, Tiro ailesi 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l son \u00e7eyre\u011finde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k sava\u015f\u0131ndaki rol\u00fc ile A\u00e7e tarihine damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n genelinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere sosyal yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde uleebalang ad\u0131 verilen soylular\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, en az\u0131ndan tahtta bulunan ve \u00fclkeyi y\u00f6neten h\u00fck\u00fcmdar kadar \u00f6nem arz ediyordu. \u0130slam sultanl\u0131klar\u0131nda bu soylu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, alimlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, hem sultan\u0131n hem de soylu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n -kendi b\u00f6lgelerinde- halk nezdinde ve b\u00f6lgesel ve uluslararas\u0131 \u0130slam aidiyetinde me\u015fruiyet zemini olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ile dikkat \u00e7eker. A\u00e7e tarihinde saray ve \u00e7evresi alimlere verdikleri \u00f6nemi \u015feyh\u00fclislaml\u0131k, kad\u0131, imam-mukim, imam-meunasah vb. kurumlar\u0131n te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fcnde ortaya koyduklar\u0131 gibi, bug\u00fcn dahi y\u00f6netim \u00e7evresinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve karizmatik liderlik temeli \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilen bir alim varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcr\u00fcyordu. \u0130\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131klar\u0131 sosyal \u00e7evre i\u00e7in varolu\u015fsal bir anlam ifade eden alimler, neredeyse t\u00fcm sosyal s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n kendilerine tabi oldu\u011fu ve \u00e7e\u015fitli seremonik a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar ile me\u015fruiyetini yenileme gere\u011fi duyduklar\u0131 kurumsal bir boyut ta\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik Kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda A\u00e7e<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">19. y\u00fczy\u0131l emperyalizminin geli\u015fme g\u00f6stermesi ile A\u00e7e toplum yap\u0131s\u0131ndaki alimlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, tarihten dev\u015firdi\u011fi sorumluluklar\u0131na yenisini ekleyerek, hayat\u0131n herhangi bir geli\u015fim ve de\u011fi\u015fim evresinde -ihtiya\u00e7 has\u0131l oldu\u011funda- varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyabilece\u011fini kan\u0131tlad\u0131. Akla 1560\u2019larda A\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Alaaddin Riayat \u015eah el-Kahhar\u2019\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nden \u00e7ok bilindi\u011fi \u015fekliyle askeri -ancak sadece askeri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemekle yetinelim- yard\u0131m talebi geliyor. Bu talep, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ilk \u00e7eyre\u011finde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f \u00fcnl\u00fc tarih\u00e7ilerimizden birinin -aziz hat\u0131ras\u0131na halel getirmemek i\u00e7in ad\u0131n\u0131 zikretmeyece\u011fim- bir eserinde bahsetti\u011fi \u00fczere A\u00e7e h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Portekizlilerden \u201ckorktu\u011fu\u201d i\u00e7in Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan yard\u0131m talebinde bulunmu\u015f de\u011fildir. S\u00f6z konusu A\u00e7e sultan\u0131 Alaaddin i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan \u201cel-Kahhar\u201d mahlas\u0131n\u0131n da ortaya koydu\u011fu \u00fczere ve de 16. ve 17. y\u00fczy\u0131l ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar tahtta \u00e7\u0131kan sultanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, sadece kendi co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgelerinde, yani Sumatra Adas\u0131\u2019nda de\u011fil, t\u00fcm G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya\u2019da gerek devlet adaml\u0131\u011f\u0131, gerek komutan olarak nitelikleri b\u00f6lge tarih\u00e7ilerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda yeterince ortaya konmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bat\u0131 Emperyalizminin G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya\u2019daki Y\u00fcz\u00fc: Hollanda Sava\u015f\u0131 ve Tiro Ailesi<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7e\u2019de tarihin d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktalar\u0131ndan biri olarak 26 Mart 1873 tarihine dikkat etmek gerekir. Bu tarih, salt A\u00e7e i\u00e7in de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik tarihi i\u00e7erisindeki \u00f6nemi ile dikkat \u00e7ekmekte ve bu anlamda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin emperyalizme evrildi\u011finin en bariz ifadesi olarak ortada durmaktad\u0131r. Yani, Batavya\u2019da (bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Cakarta\u2019da) konu\u015flanm\u0131\u015f Hollanda Do\u011fu Hint \u015eirketi y\u00f6netiminin A\u00e7e topraklar\u0131n\u0131 ilhak giri\u015fimi&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sultanl\u0131k sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde ordu kurumunun te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fc Avrupa veya Ortado\u011fu ordu te\u015fkilat\u0131ndan farkl\u0131l\u0131k arz etmesi, yukar\u0131daki paragrafta dile getirildi\u011fi \u00fczere, soylu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n rol\u00fcn\u00fc daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde ortaya koyuyordu. Hollanda ordusunun istila giri\u015fimi sarayda ve saraya ba\u011fl\u0131 birlik ile, g\u00f6rece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir co\u011frafi alanla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 n\u00fcfusun mukavemeti sayesinde -b\u00fct\u00fcn olanaks\u0131zl\u0131klara ra\u011fmen- ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olurken, bir y\u0131l sonra daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde A\u00e7e\u2019ye dayanan Hollanda ordusu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, genel anlamda alimlerin, \u00f6zelde ise Muhammed Saman di Tiro veya yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde bilinen unvan\u0131yla Tengku Cik di Tiro \u00f6zelinde sembolle\u015fen Tiro ailesinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131na vesile oldu. Muhammed Saman\u2019\u0131n, uleebalang ve b\u00f6lgedeki di\u011fer alimler ile birlikte A\u00e7e topraklar\u0131n\u0131n emperyalistlere kar\u015f\u0131 korunmas\u0131nda sergiledi\u011fi kararl\u0131l\u0131k, temellerini cihad ruhundan almas\u0131 ile dikkat \u00e7eker. Asl\u0131nda bu ruh, A\u00e7e\u2019nin 1511 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ali Mugayat \u015eah taraf\u0131ndan kurulu\u015fundan itibaren A\u00e7e topraklar\u0131ndaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011finin bir ifadesidir. 26 Mart 1873\u2019de ba\u015flayan Hollanda istilas\u0131, A\u00e7e\u2019de bu ruhun \u2018dirili\u015fi\u2019nde bir fakt\u00f6r etkisine sahiptir. Alimleri \u00f6zelinde A\u00e7eliler daha sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak oryantalist ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ve akademisyenleri \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtacak ve ba\u015fta d\u00f6nemin en \u00f6nemli \u015farkiyat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Snouck Hurgronje olmak \u00fczere Hollanda Do\u011fu Hint \u015eirketi y\u00f6netiminin d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fczerlerine \u00e7ekecek icraatlar\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiro<br \/>\nailesinin, \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda alim s\u0131fat\u0131 ile toplum \u00f6nderli\u011fini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, A\u00e7e tarihindeki rol\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steren en \u00f6nemli kan\u0131t, uzun bir s\u00fcredir sadece sembolik bir de\u011fer olarak toplumsal \u00e7at\u0131n\u0131n zirvesinde yer alan Sultan\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmesi ve varisinin ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olmas\u0131 nedeniyle sultanl\u0131k m\u00fchr\u00fcn\u00fcn Saman di Tiro\u2019ya verilmesidir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 tesad\u00fcflere de\u011fil, A\u00e7e tarihinin ve sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir gere\u011finin do\u011fal sonucudur. Tiro kasabas\u0131, A\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan \u00f6nce bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Pidie s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kurulmu\u015f olan Pedir Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeydi. Pedir, bu ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 konumunu A\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurulduktan sonra da muhafaza etmi\u015ftir. \u00d6yle ki, taht kavgalar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zellikle 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonu ve 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda ba\u015fkent Bandar A\u00e7e\u2019deki saray ve \u00e7evresinde g\u00fcc\u00fc kabul edilen bir \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netim olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Tiro ailesinin bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, s\u00f6z konusu Pidie gelene\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nemli bir rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiro ailesi, bu \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda, bir yandan A\u00e7e halk\u0131n\u0131n her s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131ndan kabul ve takdir bulan alim s\u0131fat\u0131na sahip \u00fcyelerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6te yandan, devlet y\u00f6netiminin ve me\u015fruiyetinin simgesi konumundaki sultanl\u0131k m\u00fchr\u00fcn\u00fcn varisi olu\u015flar\u0131 ile y\u00fczy\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netimi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bir g\u00fc\u00e7 unsuru olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. A\u00e7e askeri savunmas\u0131, Tiro ailesi \u00f6nderli\u011finde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fmas\u0131 nedeniyle aile s\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netiminin hedefi haline geldi. Bu s\u00fcrecin ilk a\u015famas\u0131 1891 y\u0131l\u0131nda Chik di Tiro\u2019nun Hollandal\u0131larca \u015fehid edilmesi oldu. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k \u00fclk\u00fcs\u00fc s\u0131rayla ailenin di\u011fer fertlerine ge\u00e7ti. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcrecin son halkas\u0131 Hasan di Tiro\u2019dur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>Hasan di Tiro<\/b> (25 A\u011fustos 1925-3 Haziran 2010)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">25 A\u011fustos 1925 tarihinde Tiro\u2019da d\u00fcnyaya gelen Hasan, 1930 y\u0131l\u0131nda sadece A\u00e7e\u2019nin de\u011fil, Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015fundaki rol\u00fc ile de b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6neme sahip olacak karizmatik lider, ilk A\u00e7e valisi Davud Beureuh\u2019\u0131n ke\u015ffetti\u011fi bir \u00e7ocuk olarak Sigli\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131lan ve Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netiminin e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131na alternatif bir yap\u0131 te\u015fkil eden modern dayahlar\u0131n ilki olan \u201cSaadat\u2019ul Abadijah\u201dda ilk \u00f6\u011frenimine ba\u015flad\u0131. Daha bu erken d\u00f6nemde Beureuh\u2019\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7eken Hasan, orta \u00f6\u011frenimini Bireun\u2019da s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc. Bu d\u00f6nemde ara verdi\u011fi \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frenimini 1950 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren devam ettirdi. A\u00e7eli Davud Beureueh, Bat\u0131 Caval\u0131 Kartosuwiryo ve G\u00fcney Kalimantanl\u0131 Kahar Muzakkar gibi Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurulu\u015funa destek vermi\u015f, ancak ba\u015fta Sukarno olmak \u00fczere kurucu babalar\u0131n \u00fclkenin \u0130slamiyetle ba\u011f\u0131 konusundaki y\u00f6nelimlerindeki de\u011fi\u015fim nedeniyle Dar\u2019ul Islam Hareketi\u2019ni ba\u015flatmalar\u0131 \u00fczerine Hasan di Tiro, Amerika\u2019da bu hareketin D\u0131\u015f \u0130li\u015fkiler sorumlusu oldu\u011funu il\u00e2n etti. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, Tiro\u2019nun Endonezya devleti ile ili\u015fkilerinin kopu\u015fu anlam\u0131na geliyordu. Kurdu\u011fu ve ortak oldu\u011fu \u015firketler sayesinde sayg\u0131n bir konum edindi. Tiro\u2019nun bu i\u015f hayat\u0131ndaki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, kaderin bir cilvesi olarak onu yeniden Endonezya merkezi y\u00f6netimi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirdi. Ancak tahmin edilen nedenlerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc Tiro\u2019nun \u015firketine bu hak verilmedi. Bat\u0131l\u0131lardaki oryantalist yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n erken d\u00f6nem izlerini Snouck Hurgronje ile ba\u015flayarak \u0130slami olana kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nyarg\u0131l\u0131 ve sald\u0131rgan oryantalist k\u00f6kenli e\u011filimlerin bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 olarak yorumlanmas\u0131 do\u011falsa da, bir T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn benzer bir e\u011filime sapmas\u0131n\u0131 tarihin ve kimli\u011fin ink\u00e2r\u0131n\u0131n tecellisi olarak kabul edilebilir ancak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u2019nin kurucusu mevkiindeki Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun hayat\u0131n\u0131n erken d\u00f6nemlerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 1953 y\u0131l\u0131nda ABD\u2019de Doktoras\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler\u2019deki misyonunda g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada, Bat\u0131 Cava, G\u00fcney Kalimanta, Bat\u0131 Sumatra ve A\u00e7e\u2019de g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hissettiren Dar\u2019ul \u0130slam Hareketi\u2019nin d\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri temsilcisi s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 il\u00e2n etti\u011fi dikkat \u00e7eker. Ba\u015fl\u0131ba\u015f\u0131na bir tez konusu olan -ve bu anlamda Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk ve Sukarno\u2019nun siyaset felsefelerinin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 birka\u00e7 doktora tezi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeliyim- Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin 17 A\u011fustos 1945 tarihindeki ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k il\u00e2n\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fclkenin \u0130slami ge\u00e7mi\u015finden ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusundan al\u0131yordu. Yukar\u0131da zikredildi\u011fi \u00fczere, A\u00e7e\u2019de d\u00f6nemin karizmatik lideri ve ilk valisi Davud Beureuh, Sukarno\u2019nun bizzat A\u00e7e\u2019yi ziyareti s\u0131ras\u0131nda verilen s\u00f6zler \u00fczerine Endonezya Cumhuriyeti ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na onay vermesi ve akabinde k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131-beyaz ulusal bayra\u011f\u0131n ilk defa A\u00e7e\u2019de g\u00f6ndere \u00e7ekilmesi A\u00e7e\u2019nin rol\u00fcn\u00fcn saptanmas\u0131nda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. Ancak 1950\u2019li y\u0131llara do\u011fru gelindi\u011finde merkezi y\u00f6netimin s\u00f6zlerini tutmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u0130slamc\u0131 hareketler \u00fclkenin d\u00f6rt bir taraf\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, A\u00e7e bu kervan\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir unsuru olarak yerini ald\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ABD\u2019de Dar\u2019ul \u0130slam Hareketi\u2019nin d\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri sorumlusu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi sadece Hollanda istilas\u0131na de\u011fil, Portekiz\u2019lilerin A\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 1510\u2019lu y\u0131llara kadar geriye giden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u0130slamc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve prati\u011finin son d\u00f6nem g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wali Hasan di Tiro<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wali Nanggroe, A\u00e7e toplum gelene\u011finde \u00f6nemli bir unvand\u0131r. Bu anlam\u0131yla s\u00f6z konusu unvan\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yacak ki\u015fide, A\u00e7e gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerini yakinen bilen, karizmatik liderlik kabiliyetine sahip vb \u00f6zellikler aran\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu bu unvan A\u00e7eliler taraf\u0131ndan son d\u00f6nemde Hasan di Tiro i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Bu unvan\u0131n A\u00e7e toplumundaki \u00f6nemini ortaya konulmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan, 15 A\u011fustos 2005 tarihinde imzalanan Helsinki Bar\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019nda wali nanggroe unvan\u0131n\u0131n kurumsal boyutta tesisine yer verilmesi g\u00f6sterebiliriz. Bu konuda A\u00e7e Eyalet Parlamentosu\u2019nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Tiro\u2019nun vefat\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bu unvana kimin lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fini s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6rece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><b>Helsinki Bar\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmas\u0131 (15 A\u011fustos 2005) ve Bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n Me\u015fruiyet Kazanmas\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4 Aral\u0131k 1976 tarihinde ba\u015flayan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k hareketi zorlu ve sanc\u0131l\u0131 ge\u00e7en yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 y\u0131l\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, Finlandiya eski devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve <em>Crisis Management Initiative<\/em> kurumu ba\u015fkan\u0131 Martti Ahtisaari\u2019nin ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bar\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri 15 A\u011fustos 2005 tarihinde Helsinki\u2019de GAM lideri Malik Mahmud ve Endonezya Merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetini temsilcisince imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">26 Aral\u0131k 2004 tarihinde ya\u015fanan deprem ve tsunaminin ard\u0131ndan, \u0130sve\u00e7\u2019te bulunan GAM y\u00f6netiminin Merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetle kurdu\u011fu temaslarda A\u00e7e halk\u0131na uluslararas\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131n zaman\u0131nda ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilmesi amac\u0131yla ate\u015fkes teklifi yap\u0131ld\u0131. D\u00f6nemin devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono\u2019nun da onay\u0131 ile yard\u0131m ekipleri A\u00e7e\u2019ye girerken, bir yandan da, Yudhoyono-Kalla ikilisinin g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fi 2004 y\u0131l\u0131 yaz aylar\u0131nda GAM ile yeniden bar\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, Yusuf Kalla\u2019n\u0131n bir anlamda inisiyatifi ele alarak \u00f6zel kuryesi ile gerek A\u00e7e da\u011flar\u0131nda komutanlarla gerekse Hollanda ve \u0130sve\u00e7\u2019te s\u00fcrg\u00fcn h\u00fck\u00fcmeti yetkilileri ile yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler geli\u015fme g\u00f6steriyordu. Tsunami bu s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131ran bir fakt\u00f6r olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu bar\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131na kadarki s\u00fcreci k\u0131saca hat\u0131rlamakta ve hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015fta \u00fcniverite \u00f6\u011frencileri olmak \u00fczere toplumun t\u00fcm kesimlerinin dev meydan g\u00f6sterileri sonucu 32 y\u0131ll\u0131k devlet ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00e7ekilmek zorunda kalan Suharto\u2019nun ard\u0131ndan, 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda Do\u011fu Timor\u2019da yap\u0131lan halk oylamas\u0131nda oylar\u0131n %80\u2019inin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k y\u00f6n\u00fcnde olmas\u0131, ayn\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131n Ekim ay\u0131nda 1975\u2019ten itibaren Endonezya\u2019n\u0131n i\u015fgali alt\u0131ndaki Do\u011fu Timor\u2019un ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131 A\u00e7elileri umutland\u0131rd\u0131. A\u00e7eliler de benzeri bir referandum talebinde bulundular. D\u00f6nemin devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131 Gusdur lakapl\u0131 Abdurrahman Vahid, Caval\u0131 ultra milliyet\u00e7iler ve ordunun b\u00fcy\u00fck tepkisini \u00e7ekmi\u015f ve Do\u011fu Timor\u2019u satmakla su\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6te yandan, A\u00e7elilerin referandum talebine Vahid, \u201cBu mitinge olsa olsa y\u00fczlerce ki\u015fi kat\u0131l\u0131r\u201d diye istihza ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verdi. Oysa, milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n insan Beyt\u00fcrrahman Meydan\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7in hayk\u0131r\u0131yordu. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde A\u00e7e Eyaleti ba\u015fkenti Banda A\u00e7e\u2019de bir milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n ki\u015finin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan dev g\u00f6steride A\u00e7eliler benzeri talebi dile getirdiler. A\u00e7eliler, \u00f6zellikle uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7evrelerin dikkatini \u00e7ekebilmek i\u00e7in \u201cBM Bizi de G\u00f6r!\u201d yaz\u0131l\u0131 dev bir pankart a\u00e7t\u0131lar. Ancak A\u00e7e\u2019yi ne g\u00f6ren ne duyan oldu&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abdurrahman Vahid\u2019in Do\u011fu Timor\u2019un \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn yolunu a\u00e7mas\u0131n\u0131n siyasi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu. Hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan ancak bug\u00fcne kadar kan\u0131tlanamam\u0131\u015f yolsuzluk iddialar\u0131 sonucu Vahid g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve yerine yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Endonezya Milliyet\u00e7i Partisi ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Sukarno\u2019nun k\u0131z\u0131 Megawati Sukarnoputri getirildi. Bu d\u00f6nem A\u00e7e i\u00e7in yeni ac\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyordu. \u201cA\u00e7e\u2019de bir tek damla kan d\u00f6k\u00fclmeyecek\u201d diyen Megawati d\u00f6neminde A\u00e7e\u2019de, Endonezya Ordusu\u2019nun 1975 y\u0131l\u0131 Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda Do\u011fu Timor\u2019a yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 19 May\u0131s 2003 tarihi itibar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Vahid\u2019in apar topar g\u00f6revden al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda, uzmanlar Do\u011fu Timor\u2019a verilen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck kadar, A\u00e7e\u2019deki dev g\u00f6sterinin de b\u00fcy\u00fck rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrerler. Do\u011fu Timor\u2019a \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc veren Vahid\u2019in A\u00e7e\u2019ye de benzeri bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vermesinin Endonezya\u2019n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn sonu anlam\u0131na gelece\u011finin bilincindeki merkezi y\u00f6netimin temel dinamiklerini olu\u015fturan ultra milliyet\u00e7iler ve ordu kurumu zaman\u0131nda tedbir ald\u0131lar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7elilerin \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Evet ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkiye olmak \u00fczere \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131 A\u00e7e\u2019de yoktu. Birka\u00e7 cesur bat\u0131l\u0131 gazetecinin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc g\u00f6ze alarak girdikleri A\u00e7e Eyaleti\u2019nde yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ekimler sayesinde baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler konuyu g\u00fcndeme getiriyordu sadece. A\u00e7eliler ni\u00e7in serzeni\u015fte bulunur, ni\u00e7in tsunamiyi bir kurtulu\u015f vesilesi kabul eder bunu iyi anlamak laz\u0131m. Bunu anlamak demek, bizim, yani M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklerin kendisini hesaba \u00e7ekmesi anlam\u0131na da gelir.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tiro\u2019suz Bar\u0131\u015f Olmaz!<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Helsinki Bar\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n imzalanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, gerek merkezde yani Cakarta y\u00f6netiminde gerekse A\u00e7e\u2019de kimi \u00e7evreler bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcnde bulunarak 9 Aral\u0131k 2002 tarihinde imzalaman silahlar\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 (COHA) anla\u015fmas\u0131na at\u0131fta bulunuyorlard\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu \u00e7evreler Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun anla\u015fmay\u0131 tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri gibi, Tiro\u2019nun vefat etti\u011fi haberini yayarak A\u00e7e toplumunda huzursuzluk ve karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karma planlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koydular. Bu nedenle Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun A\u00e7e\u2019ye geli\u015fi tarihi bir anlam ifade ediyordu. Asl\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n GAM \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netimi eli yapt\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun bar\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131ndan sonra A\u00e7e\u2019ye gelmesinin g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi ancak hangi s\u0131fatla A\u00e7e\u2019de bulunaca\u011f\u0131 sorusunun cevab\u0131 aran\u0131yordu. Bu sorgulaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bir kayg\u0131 da ortaya yok de\u011fildi. Yani \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi liderinin can g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131&#8230; Bu ortam\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve \u00e7aban\u0131n sergilenmesi gerekiyordu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 11 Ekim 2008 tarihinde Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun A\u00e7e\u2019ye geli\u015fi ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131. Bu ziyaret s\u0131ras\u0131nda Tiro\u2019nun Beyt\u00fcrrahman Meydan\u0131\u2019nda binlerce A\u00e7eliye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 selamlama ve onun ad\u0131na Tunku Malik Mahmud\u2019un yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fma art\u0131k bar\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecinin A\u00e7e\u2019de yerle\u015fti\u011finin, siyasi merciin en \u00fcst\u00fcnde yer alanlarca kabul\u00fc anlam\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Tiro, bu ziyaretinde Cakarta\u2019da Yusuf Kalla ile de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek suretiyle merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmet nezdinde de tan\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131k ve me\u015fruiyet kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tiro ve Sonras\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun vefat\u0131, A\u00e7e\u2019de uzun 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonu anlam\u0131na geliyor. A\u00e7e, art\u0131k yeni bir d\u00f6nemde. Bu d\u00f6nem Tiro\u2019nun Bar\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na onay\u0131 ile kesinlik kazand\u0131. \u00d6te yandan,Endonezya Cumhuriyeti Merkezi y\u00f6netimi de Hasan di Tiro\u2019ya vefat\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce Endonezya kimlik kart\u0131 vermek suretiyle bir anlamda Tiro\u2019nun ana topraklara kabul\u00fcn\u00fc tescil etmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiro\u2019nun vefat\u0131 ile A\u00e7e yeni bir belirsizli\u011fe s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmeyecektir. Entellekt\u00fcel ve siyasi birikimi olan bir kadroya sahip bu hareket, gen\u00e7 neslin d\u00f6nemin gerektirdi\u011fi siyasi, ekonomik, entellekt\u00fcel geli\u015fimlerin kazan\u0131m\u0131 ile varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek.
