e\u011fitim olgusunun, standart e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ile ilgili al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finin belirlendi\u011fi, geli\u015ftirildi\u011fi ortama verilen ad kabul edebilece\u011fimiz akademinin, bize sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 imk\u00e2nlar hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00f6nem, akademi denilen kurumun, bizatihi b\u00fcnyesinde yer alan ve tek tek bireylerden ba\u015flayarak genel anlamda, toplumun tamam\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ile kendini ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temelde, bug\u00fcn akademi olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z evren, tabii ki, insan toplumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni bir olgu ve kurumsal yap\u0131 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toplum in\u015fas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, uzun tarihsel ge\u00e7mi\u015fte tek tek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin, \u015fairlerin, felsefecilerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, hayat\u0131n teknik yan\u0131yla yani, do\u011frudan prati\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck yan\u0131yla da u\u011fra\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131n, modern d\u00f6nemde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda buldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumsal yap\u0131da yer alan di\u011fer t\u00fcm kurumlar gibi, akademi de i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitim genel ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki yeri kadar \u00f6zellikle, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim ve\/ya ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurumlar\u0131 olarak an\u0131lmas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi daha \u00f6zel, belirleyici yads\u0131namaz nitelikleriyle an\u0131lmay\u0131 da hak eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse, akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131 bizi bilimsel faaliyetlerle bulu\u015fturan, bilimi -putla\u015ft\u0131rmadan- bir norm haline getiren, bu normu zaman ve mekan olgular\u0131n\u0131n bize sundu\u011fu imkanlar, zorunluluklar vb. ile yenileme istidad\u0131n\u0131 sergileme ve ilgili bilimsel faaliyetlerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla geni\u015f toplumu yeniden in\u015fa da oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol\u00fc ile \u00f6nem kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcn nas\u0131l ki, bir \u015fairin, bir edibin, bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcn, bir felsefecinin s\u00f6ylemi, anlat\u0131s\u0131 geni\u015f toplumu kavramada ve \u015fekillendirmede rol oynad\u0131ysa, bug\u00fcn de, -akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan d\u00f6nemin gerektirdi\u011fi ko\u015fullar ve \u015fartlar al\u0131nda- belirleyici olmaya adayd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sapma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte, akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n kendi \u00f6zelliklerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lardan, hadi diyelim ki, bilim adamlar\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, toplumsal yap\u0131da egemen, ba\u015fat bir unsur olarak \u00e7\u0131kan, -\u00f6rne\u011fin, siyaset, ekonomi, din gibi di\u011fer baz\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131na maruz kalmas\u0131yla da belirlenebilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci alandan daha ziyade, b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bizatihi, mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n eliyle ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lma \u00e7abas\u0131na tan\u0131k olundu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130ncelenmeye de\u011fer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumun, genel itibar\u0131yla ve k\u00fcresel boyutta, ad\u0131na M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar denilen kesimlerin konumland\u0131r\/\u0131l\/d\u0131\u011f\u0131 akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki halinin incelenmeye de\u011fer bir y\u00f6n\u00fc bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunu s\u00f6ylerken, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan ve olmayan ayr\u0131m\u0131n\u0131, temel alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergilemek niyetinde de\u011filim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya da, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan \u00e7evrelerin veya k\u00fcresel anlamda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki yap\u0131lar\u0131n kurumlar\u0131n akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131 \u00f6zelinde, benzer bir geriletici \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirerek ortaya koyduklar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri de g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ediyor de\u011filim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadece, kast\u0131m\u0131n i\u00e7inde do\u011frudan yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve kendini M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak tel\u00e2kki eden \u00e7evrelerin, k\u00fcresel olarak mevcut yap\u0131lar i\u00e7erisindeki konumlanmalar\u0131n\u0131n, kayda de\u011fer \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde zaafiyete matuf bir y\u00f6n\u00fc namusu&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sorun \u015fu ki, akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131 siyasetin, sivil toplum kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n, cemaatlerin vb. eylem ve faaliyetlerinin do\u011fruland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler kabul edilmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun daha \u00e7ok sosyal bilimler alan\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, \u2018sosyallik\u2019 denilen olgunun do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131ndan ne\u015fet etmektedir de, diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u2018akademinin namusu\u2019 olarak belirlememde temelde tam da kast\u0131m bu&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buradaki temel ayr\u0131m\u0131n, akademi kimli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yan ki\u015finin yani, akademisyenin bizatihi mensubu oldu\u011fu toplumsal, siyasal, dini, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel vb. yap\u0131 ile ili\u015fkisiyle ad\u0131na, akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131 denilen ve i\u00e7inde \u2018bilimsel olma\u2019 gibi bir k\u0131stas\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131ran yap\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin d\u00fczeyi meselesi oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmak isterim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dikkatle ele al\u0131nmas\u0131nda fayda olan husus, akademi kurumunun ortaya koyma iddias\u0131nda oldu\u011fu \u2018bilimsellik evreninin\u2019 nerede ve nas\u0131l konumland\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, genelde \u2018do\u011fu\u2019 \u00f6zelde M\u00fcsl\u00fcman d\u00fcnyada akademi \u00e7evrelerince de desteklendi\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenen ve \u00f6zellikle de, sosyal bilimlerde 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda g\u00fcndeme getirilmeye ba\u015flanan, objektiflik-s\u00fcbjektiflik tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131\u2019da t\u00fcm 19 y\u00fczy\u0131l &nbsp;boyunca ortaya konulan neredeyse, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 hedefe alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, analizi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131, aksakl\u0131klar\u0131, \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 vurgulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir tutumdu o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lgin\u00e7tir, bu tutum, yine akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n diliyle ortaya konulmu\u015ftu&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani, ilgili \u00e7evreler, akademik olma kriterinin g\u00fcncellenmesiyle temelde, s\u00fcbjektifli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirirken, ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 olarak -ve olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi biri, -ki kan\u0131mca, en \u00f6nemlisi objektiflik-s\u00fcbjektiflik ayr\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda gizli\/a\u00e7\u0131k, bilin\u00e7li veya bilin\u00e7siz s\u00fcbjektifli\u011fe
