anlaml\u0131 tutumlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilememi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu olan biten kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, \u201cOrtada, \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 bir durum mu var?\u201d diye soras\u0131 geliyor insan\u0131n&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, \u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitleler aras\u0131nda, bir t\u00fcr a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k kompleksi mi var?\u201d sorusunu g\u00fcndeme getirebilece\u011fimiz ve sorgulamay\u0131 bununla sona erdirebilmemiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak bu tutum, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, yine olan biteni anlama konusunda bize, pek de yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmayacak bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 temsil ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temeller meselesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ad\u0131m \u00f6teye ge\u00e7ti\u011fimizde, sorgulaman\u0131n boyutu, ilgili Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde toplumsal ve siyasal evreni \u00e7ekip \u00e7eviren kurallar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc ile, -son \u00f6rnekle oldu\u011fu gibi- \u00fcniversite kamp\u00fcslerini olu\u015fturan bilimsel, entellekt\u00fcel ba\u011flam\u0131n, \u2018ne olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u2019 anlamam\u0131z gerekti\u011fi konusuna g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, baz\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri, s\u00f6z konusu \u00fcniversite kamp\u00fcslerindeki g\u00f6sterilere i\u015faret ederek ve toplumsalc\u0131l\u0131k ve kamusal alan\u0131 kullanmaya matuf bir g\u00f6ndermeyle, \u201cBizim m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131m\u0131zda, b\u00f6ylesi geli\u015fmelere el verecek bir yap\u0131lanma yok!\u201d diyerek i\u015fin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne dair gayet \u00f6nemli bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131 vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani, kamp\u00fcslerimizde siyasal ve toplumsal ba\u011flamlar\u0131 ele almada, bunlar\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmada, kamusal alanda bu alanlar\u0131n ne denli sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u015fekilde prati\u011fe ge\u00e7irilmesi konusunda vb. zaafiyetlerimizdir burada dikkat \u00e7ekilen&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fin ilgin\u00e7 yanlar\u0131ndan biri, bu tepkileri veren \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyelerinin \u00f6rne\u011fin, diyelim ki, merkez ba\u015fkan\u0131, fak\u00fclte dekan\u0131, \u00fcniversite rekt\u00f6r\u00fc gibi \u00fcniversite \u2018hiyerar\u015fisinde\u2019 yer almayan ki\u015filer oldu\u011funa da tan\u0131k olunmas\u0131, \u00f6nemli bir yap\u0131sal sorgulaman\u0131n g\u00fcndeme getirilmesini gerekli k\u0131l\u0131yor&#8230; Bunu \u015fimdilik bir kenara b\u0131rakal\u0131m&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sivillik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131da dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fim b\u0131rakarak s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse-, \u0130slam ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla ili\u015fkileri s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 veya belki de, hi\u00e7 olmayan ancak, siyasal ve toplumsal geli\u015fmelerin seyrine g\u00f6re, ilgi ve al\u00e2kalar\u0131n\u0131 ve de me\u015fru siyasi ve toplumsal tepkilerini ortaya koyma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde hareket eden M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan kitlelerin bu \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O zaman, yukar\u0131da dikkat \u00e7ekilen Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde kamusal alanlarda ortaya konulan eylemlerin hem de, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 bir b\u00f6lgesindeki soruna dair g\u00fcndeme gelebiliyor olmas\u0131n\u0131n bizatihi, Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n -t\u00fcm \u00e7eli\u015fkisine ra\u011fmen- medeniyet ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr evreninin, \u00fcniversite ve entellekt\u00fcel d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi, ortaya koydu\u011fu bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminin yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 siyasal \u00e7evrelerinin ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin yani, resmi s\u00f6ylem ve eyleme konu olan unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve \u00f6tesinde, ad\u0131na \u2018sivillik\u2019 denilen, olgunun \u00fcretti\u011fi bir bilin\u00e7 durumunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymakta yarar var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Burada, ilgiye mazhar olmas\u0131 gereken bir detay var ki, o da, sivillik denilen olgunun bizatihi medenilikle olan ba\u011f\u0131d\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bu bilin\u00e7 durumunun, ilgili ili\u015fkiler ve \u00e7\u0131karlarla ilgili kararlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve \u00f6tesinde bizatihi, insan\u0131, toplumu, hayat\u0131 anlama ve anlamland\u0131rma konusunda yap\u0131salla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn, zaman\u0131 ve yeri geldi\u011finde kendi siyasal rejimini ve y\u00f6netimini dahi ele\u015ftiriye bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun sadece, bug\u00fcn ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve \u201cFilistin\u201d ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6z\u00fcken boyutu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrebiliriz. \u00d6yle ki, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik evrelerinde \u00f6rne\u011fin, Vietnam Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda ortaya konulan tepkilerde de ayn\u0131 ve benzeri s\u00fcrecin i\u015flerlik kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sorun ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filistin\u2019de ya\u015fananlarla ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak g\u00fcndeme gelen bu hususlar bize sadece, Filistin sorunu temelinde de\u011fil, bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve \u00f6tesinde \u00e7ok daha temeller d\u00fczeyinde, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u00e7oklu sorunlarla ilgili nedenleri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri noktas\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce\/ler \u00fcretilmesinin zorunlulu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nihayetinde, yukar\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere, Bat\u0131\u2019da geli\u015fen ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n hayretle ve taktirde diyebilece\u011fimiz takibine konu olan bireylerin ve toplumsal gruplar\u0131n kamusal alanlarla sergiledikleri tutum ve
