Buna ku\u015fku yok&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte, \u0130slam teolojisinin inananlara sundu\u011fu alanlar\u0131n, ne denli dikkatli ve \u00f6zenle anla\u015f\u0131labildi\u011fi ve bunun prati\u011fe konulabildi\u011fi hususu, her d\u00f6nem oldu\u011fu gibi, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn de \u00f6nemli tart\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belki de, tart\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda geldi\u011fini s\u00f6ylememiz yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin bir a\u015fik\u00e2r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130yilik ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck olgusu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temelde, k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitleleri de\u011fi\u015fik boyutlarda temsil makam\u0131nda olan hocalar\u0131n, alimlerin, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin, entellekt\u00fcellerin, akademisyenlerin, politikac\u0131lar\u0131n ve hatta s\u0131radan diyebilece\u011fimiz ancak, ufku gayet geni\u015f bireylerin de \u015fu ya da bu \u015fekilde, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu yeniden ve yeniden in\u015fa s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131s\u0131, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u2018iyiyi s\u00f6yleyip k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131nd\u0131rma\u2019 ilkesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan duruma tekab\u00fcl etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda, tam da bu durum, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n -\u00f6teki\u2019lerden ne\u015fet edenler bir yana- bizatihi, kendilerinden kaynaklanan sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6ncelikle kendilerince \u00fcstesinden gelinmesi ve ard\u0131ndan, \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019 toplumlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7areler bulma konusunda da, en az benzeri bir \u00e7abay\u0131 sarf etmeleri gerekiyor d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini yabana atmamak gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n kendi i\u00e7 sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 hakk\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6zememi\u015f ve hatta, \u00e7\u00f6zme konusunda kafalar\u0131n kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olmas\u0131, var olan toplumsal yap\u0131larda dengesizliklerin gizli\/a\u00e7\u0131k artarak s\u00fcrmesine yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019 toplumlara ula\u015fmay\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi bir \u015fekilde zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temelde \u2018adalet\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n, bir di\u011fer boyutunun yine, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u2018adalet\u2019 (<em>justice<\/em>) kavram\u0131na y\u00fckledi\u011fi gayet \u00f6nemli bir i\u00e7erikle ilintili oldu\u011funun da alt\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131nca \u00e7izilmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet, yani, tekil M\u00fcsl\u00fcmandan ba\u015flayarak, geni\u015fleyen bir evreyle \u00fcniversal bir boyuta ta\u015f\u0131nan yakla\u015f\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet kavram\u0131n\u0131 salt ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasal boyutlarda ezilmi\u015f addedilen M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitlelere de\u011fil, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde ya\u015fam bulan t\u00fcm insan toplumlar\u0131na ve bu toplumlardaki t\u00fcm fertleri i\u00e7ine alan boyutu ile insan d\u0131\u015f\u0131 (<em>non-human<\/em>) alemi de b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmek ve tekrarlamak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En az\u0131ndan, Ghazali\u2019den bu yana g\u00fcncelli\u011fini koruyarak bug\u00fcnlere gelen, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n t\u00fcm toplumlara sundu\u011fu ve ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6ncelikli olan ilkeler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc yani, <em>Maqas\u0131d al-shar<\/em>\u2019\u0131 nas\u0131l ve hangi metodlarla ve kurumsal yap\u0131larla g\u00fcncellemek gerekti\u011fi \u00fczerinde hassaten durmakta yarar var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tarihi okuma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam dininin Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, p\u00fcr dini bir eylem oldu\u011fu kadar, \u2018din\u2019in insan toplumlar\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden boyutuyla siyasi, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik vb. boyutlar\u0131yla g\u00fcndemde yer almaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusu gayet yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde bilinir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bu \u2018boyutlar\u0131n\u2019, sadece \u0130slam dini ve yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile de s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yine, insan toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n sahip olduklar\u0131 karakteristikler ve tarihsel ger\u00e7eklikler ile ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bu ger\u00e7eklikler, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131 Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de zikredildi\u011fi \u00fczere, Yahudiler ve k\u0131smen H\u0131ristiyanlar ve adlar\u0131, bir \u015fekilde ilgili ba\u011flamlarda zikredilen milletlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na referansla ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, insanl\u0131k tarihinin yaz\u0131l\u0131 denilen d\u00f6neminin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bu yana, ortaya konulan irili ufakl\u0131 metinler de bize, bu anlamda katk\u0131da bulunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dikkate almakta fayda var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin, \u00f6zellikle de, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bir din olarak, inanan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, buna konu olan s\u00fcre\u00e7ler boyunca kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, siyasal ve askeri ger\u00e7eklikler ile birlikte ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek ve bunun \u00fczerine bir tarih anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek istemiyoruz&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak, \u00f6rne\u011fin klasik tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya tarihi p\u00fcr dini perspektiften anlama \u00e7abas\u0131 sergileyen s\u00f6ylemlere dikkat \u00e7ekildi\u011finde, \u2018insan ve toplum ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi\u2019ni izafi k\u0131lan bir y\u00f6nelimin ve bunun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye evrilmi\u015f halinin hakim oldu\u011fu da bir vak\u0131ad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n, diyelim ki, Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131ndaki Bizans, Pers, Hint gibi k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyet unsurlar\u0131 gibi, zamanla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 yeni toplumlar ve toplumsal d\u00fczenler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kendini, yeniden ve yeniden konumland\u0131rma durumunda kalmas\u0131, temelde do\u011fal bir s\u00fcrece tekab\u00fcl eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu derin ve uzun kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar, \u00f6tekini \u2018\u0130slama davet\u2019 anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar, \u00f6tekinden al\u0131nmaya matuf alanlar\u0131n da, kendini M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlara a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salt ve basit anlam\u0131yla, \u2018meydan okuma\u2019 ve \u2018sava\u015fc\u0131\u2019 m\u00fccadelenin \u00f6tesindeki, bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar ve bunlar\u0131n somut ifadeleri olan dil, bilim, din, felsefe, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, mimari, edebiyat vb. alanlarda tan\u0131ma, anlama, analiz, yorumlama ve \u00fcr\u00fcn ortaya koyma \u00e7abalar\u0131 bu uzun y\u00fczy\u0131llardaki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, alim, edebiyat\u00e7\u0131, tarih\u00e7i vb. -gayet<em> modern <\/em>ba\u015fl\u0131klar olmakla birlikte-, s\u0131n\u0131flamalara tabi tutuldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrecin belki de, en ba\u015f\u0131nda bir Hadis\u2019te bahsi ge\u00e7ti\u011fi \u00fczere Hz.
