Bu yaz\u0131da ise, daha \u00e7ok Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n son d\u00f6neminden ba\u015flayarak Cumhuriyet y\u0131llar\u0131, yani erken d\u00f6neminden ge\u00e7 d\u00f6neme kadar Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 konu alan baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirece\u011fim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"19\">\n<li>y\u00fczy\u0131lda yay\u0131n noktas\u0131nda neler var diye bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, ilk akl\u0131ma gelen \u2018Basiret Gazetesi\u2019nde \u2018Hollanda Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla A\u00e7e\u2019yi konu alan haberleri oluyor. Bu haberler, editoryal yaz\u0131lar, g\u00f6nderilen mektuplar, sava\u015fla ilgili Avrupa bas\u0131n\u0131ndan al\u0131nt\u0131lar ve A\u00e7e el\u00e7isi Habib Abdurrahman ez-Zahir\u2019in \u0130stanbul ziyaretinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. \u0130stanbul ve Kahire\u2019de yay\u0131nlanan Basiret, d\u00f6nemin ses getiren yay\u0131n organlar\u0131ndan biri olarak biliniyor. Olduk\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6z atma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu\u011fum \u201cServet\u201cgazetesinde ise, A\u00e7e toplumunun \u00e7e\u015fitli kesimlerine mensup ki\u015filerin foto\u011fraflar\u0131na yer verilir. Bu foto\u011fraflar, A\u00e7e toplumununa dair ilk foto\u011fraflar diyebilece\u011fimiz Snouck Hurgronje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan olmas\u0131 muhtemel. Hurgronje, bu foto\u011fraflar\u0131 \u201cThe Acehnese\u201d adl\u0131 eserinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u201cMekka\u201d adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda da kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u015eu ana kadar tespit edebildi\u011fim kadar\u0131yla, kitap boyutunda ilk eser denilebilecek Mehmed Ziya Bey\u2019in kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cAlem-i \u0130slamiyet A\u00e7e Tarihi\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 (H. 1316). Sosyal antropolojik \u00f6zelliklere yer vermesiyle dikkat \u00e7eken bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, otantik bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma verilerine dayanm\u0131yor, aksine terc\u00fcme bir eser. \u00d6zellikle kullan\u0131lan g\u00f6rsel malzeme ve i\u00e7erik dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, yazar\u0131n A\u00e7e \u00fczerine bug\u00fcne kadar halen alan\u0131nda birincil kaynak olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi g\u00f6steren Dr. Snouck Hurgronje\u2019un yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fim <em>The Acehnese<\/em> eserinden yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>1940\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda, \u2018Sebil\u00fcrre\u015fad\u2019da \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan haberler ba\u011flam\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle Endonezya\u2019da ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k d\u00f6nemine dair baz\u0131 yaz\u0131lar kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa giden s\u00fcre\u00e7te, \u2018Dokuzlar Meclisi\u2019 gibi komisyonlarda ne t\u00fcrden \u00f6nemli tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finilmedi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu metinler asl\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131na bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hemen akabinde yay\u0131nlanan bir yaz\u0131, ad\u0131na Endonezya Cumhuriyeti denilen \u00fclkenin sosyo-politik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ger\u00e7ekli\u011fine dair bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan hareketle kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f de\u011fil. Son d\u00f6nem s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, milliyet\u00e7ilik hareketleri, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcreci gibi d\u00f6nemleri es ge\u00e7erek, duygusal y\u00f6nelimi a\u011f\u0131r basan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. 1950\u2019li y\u0131llarda \u2018Tarih Hazinesi\u201d adl\u0131 mecmuada, Osmanl\u0131-Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ili\u015fkisine dair baz\u0131 metinleri bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk tarih\u00e7ileri, genel T\u00fcrk tarihi ve Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Hint Okyanusu politikalar\u0131 ve icraatlar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda kaleme ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli eserlerde, T\u00fcrk-Malay ili\u015fkileri s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na dahil edilebilecek baz\u0131 alt b\u00f6l\u00fcmlere ve at\u0131flara yer verdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Buna il\u00e2ve olarak iki millet aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri hususi olarak ele alan yay\u0131nlar\u0131n da g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fine tan\u0131k olunuyor. Bu ba\u011flamda, bug\u00fcne kadar dikkat \u00e7eken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var. Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemiyle birlikte, Osmanl\u0131 tarihini ele alan eserlerde Hindistan, Hint Okyanusu gibi konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ile etkile\u015fim de g\u00fcndeme getirilir. Bu anlamda, Salih \u00d6zbaran (1978, 1985, 1993), Cengiz Orhonlu (2002), R\u0131zaulhak \u015eah (1967), Ahmet Asrar (1972), Halil \u0130nalc\u0131k (2000, Turgut I\u015f\u0131ksal (1969), \u015eehabeddin Cansever (1969) Y\u0131lmaz \u00d6ztuna (1983), Cezmi Eraslan (1992), \u0130smail Hakk\u0131 G\u00f6ksoy\u2019u (1994; 2004) sayabiliriz. Bu listeyi uzatmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u2026<\/p>\n<p>1980\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ANAP h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin neo-liberal ekonomiyle birlikte, sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlamda da d\u00fcnyaya a\u00e7\u0131lma d\u00f6nemi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Do\u011frudan h\u00fck\u00fcmetin bir \u00e7abas\u0131 olmakla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lamayacak olan bu d\u00f6nem, di\u011fer \u0130slam co\u011frafyalar\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de yay\u0131n bas\u0131n faaliyetleri ba\u011flam\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131m gibi alt yap\u0131 hizmetlerinin geli\u015fmesi, \u015fehirli okumu\u015f yazm\u0131\u015f M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131nda ve niteli\u011findeki art\u0131\u015f \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir ilgiyi de do\u011furmu\u015ftur. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u201c\u0130slam Dergisi\u201d gibi \u00f6nemli bir ayl\u0131k yay\u0131n organ\u0131nda \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmelerin s\u00fcreklilik arz edecek \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 buna \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nemde, s\u00f6z konusu Dergi\u2019de Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki \u00f6rne\u011fin, Mindanao ve A\u00e7e gibi \u2018\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u2019 hareketlerine dair haberler dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Endonezya Cumhuriyeti kahir ekseriyeti M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir toplum \u00f6zelli\u011fi sergilemekle birlikte, bu \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u201cA\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u201dyle (Gerakan Aceh Merdeka-GAM) birlikte g\u00fcndeme ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k hareketi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yank\u0131 buldu. Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin yukar\u0131da zikredilen \u00f6zelli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131n, A\u00e7e \u00fczerine kaleme al\u0131nan yaz\u0131lar\u0131n dayanak noktas\u0131n\u0131 ku\u015fkusuz ki, Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin sek\u00fclerlik \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilmi\u015f bir devlet olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemez. Bunda \u00f6zellikle Suhartolu y\u0131llar\u0131n diktat\u00f6ryal yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle A\u00e7e gibi kendi ge\u00e7mi\u015fiyle bar\u0131\u015f\u0131k ve o ge\u00e7mi\u015fe \u00f6zlem duyan bir etnik yap\u0131 \u00fczerindeki zorba uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de alg\u0131lan\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi de \u00f6nemliydi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, 1984-85 y\u0131llar\u0131nda iki dizi halinde \u201cA\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u201d lideri merhum Hasan di Tiro ile yap\u0131lan m\u00fcl\u00e2kat\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya co\u011frafyas\u0131yla en \u00f6nemli tarihi etkile\u015fimini hat\u0131rlatma ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu ve benzeri konular asl\u0131nda \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fusunda kalan Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda neler olup bitti\u011fini anlama konusunda bir kap\u0131 aral\u0131yordu. Ancak s\u00f6z konusu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n, sava\u015flar\u0131n, diaspora ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n vb. t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131yla T\u00fcrk ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve akademyas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemine girdi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemekse zor. Bu durum, \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde bir t\u00fcr \u2018karde\u015flik sendromu\u2019 olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m psikolojik donmu\u015flukla mal\u00fbl olarak da de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu m\u00fcl\u00e2kattan yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l sonra, Mehmed Kurtulmu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan \u2018A\u00e7e-Sumatra Dosyas\u0131\u2019 adl\u0131 kitap yay\u0131nland\u0131. Bu \u2018Dosya\u2019, sadece A\u00e7e topraklar\u0131nda de\u011fil, geni\u015f Malay co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli siyasi yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 olan \u201cA\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d hanedanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla devletin yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131na, yerine getirdi\u011fi i\u015fleve vb. yer vererek bu siyasi yap\u0131y\u0131 T\u00fcrk okuruna tan\u0131tmas\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7eker. Eseri \u00f6nemli k\u0131lan hususiyetlerden biri Mehmed Ziya Bey\u2019in eserinden uzunsa bir s\u00fcre sonra yay\u0131nlanan \u2018A\u00e7e\u2019 konulu ilk eser olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Eser, t\u0131pk\u0131 19. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Mehmed Ziya\u2019n\u0131n kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya benzer \u015fekilde, baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan terc\u00fcme olarak g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Bu anlamda, kendi alan\u0131nda bir ilk olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtelim.<\/p>\n<p>Akabinde Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun, A\u00e7e-Sumatra Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k Bildirgesi\u2019ni il\u00e2n etti\u011fi 4 Aral\u0131k 1976 tarihinden itibaren Halimon Da\u011f\u0131\u2019nda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi birka\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te tuttu\u011fu g\u00fcnl\u00fcklerinden olu\u015fan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Bedeli: Bitmemi\u015f Sava\u015f G\u00fcnl\u00fckleri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7evrilmesi (1989) A\u00e7e\u2019ye dair olu\u015fan bir ilginin kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1980\u2019li y\u0131llarda K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrklerinden iktisat\u00e7\u0131 Prof. Dr. Ozay Mehmet (s\u00f6z konusu akademisyen kendisini bu \u015fekilde tan\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve eserlerinde ismini bu \u015fekilde yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmek isterim-dipnot), sosyo-ekonomi alan\u0131ndaki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, Ozay Mehmet\u2019in \u00fcretken bir akademisyen oldu\u011fu, kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 makale ve telif eserlerle ortadad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk ve Dr. Mahathir Muhammed kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na yer verdi\u011fi eser \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi, Malay-T\u00fcrk ba\u011flamlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik makale ve kitap \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 vard\u0131r. G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ilgili kesimlerce eserleri bilinen \u201cOzay Mehmet\u201din \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmamas\u0131n\u0131n temel nedeni eserlerini \u0130ngilizce yazmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. Hocam\u0131z 80\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren Malezya\u2019da bulunmu\u015f ve \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6lgede ilgili akademisyenlerce ad\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bilinmektedir. Bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck notta benimle ilgili. Hocam\u0131z, ad\u0131n\u0131 \u201cOzay Mehmet\u201d olarak kullansa da ad\u0131m\u0131m Mehmet \u00d6zay olmas\u0131 kimi zaman baz\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131klar meydan verebiliyor. Benim ad\u0131m ise bildi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yaz\u0131l\u0131yor. Art\u0131k kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmazs\u0131n\u0131z san\u0131r\u0131m&#8230; Malezyal\u0131 dostlara ve baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7ilerimize de \u2018senior\u2019 Mehmet Ozay, \u2018junior\u2019 Mehmet \u00d6zay diyerek a\u00e7\u0131klama getiriyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Burada, acaba Malezya\u2019da doksanl\u0131 y\u0131llarda bulunmu\u015f misafir \u00f6\u011fretim g\u00f6revlilerinin herhangi bir eser kaleme al\u0131p almad\u0131klar\u0131 sorusunu sormak istiyorum. Bu anlamda, Malezya y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda son d\u00f6nemde, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim politikalar\u0131nda agresif bir y\u00f6nelim olarak g\u00fcndeme gelen \u2018ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi\u2019 kavram\u0131 ve de olu\u015fturdu\u011fu fonlar, o zamanlar hen\u00fcz g\u00fcndemde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak s\u00f6ylersek, T\u00fcrk akademisyenlerin Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131na dair saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelebildiklerini s\u00f6ylemek g\u00fc\u00e7. Bu elbette ki \u015fahsi g\u00f6zlemim.
