Abd\u00fclhamit\u2019in ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem, birbirinden farkl\u0131 ve bir o kadar da, birbiriyle i\u00e7i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f ili\u015fkiler ve geli\u015fmeler noktas\u0131nda gayet kompleks s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ihtiva etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Siyasi y\u00f6netim ve darbeler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1876 y\u0131l\u0131nda tahta \u00e7\u0131kan, 27 Nisan 1909\u2019da tahttan indirilen ve 12 \u015eubat 1922\u2019de vefat eden 2. Avrupa\u2019da 18. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonlar\u0131ndan itibaren bir yandan, ulus-devletlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kma konusundaki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc e\u011filimlerin \u00f6te yandan, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 gibi bir d\u00f6nemin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nde rejim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin i\u00e7 politika ve de\u011fi\u015fim taleplerinin \u00f6tesinde ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir ba\u011flam\u0131 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f6z konusu bu i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f geli\u015fmelere yap\u0131lan bu vurgu, Osmanl\u0131 toplumsal yap\u0131s\u0131nda i\u00e7erden gelen ve do\u011fal bir de\u011fi\u015fimi arzulayan taleplerini yads\u0131mak anlam\u0131na gelmiyor.
