{"id":3653,"date":"2021-01-01T22:03:42","date_gmt":"2021-01-01T22:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guneydoguasyacalismalari.com\/?p=3653"},"modified":"2021-01-01T22:03:42","modified_gmt":"2021-01-01T22:03:42","slug":"asagilama-dili-ve-sekulerlesme-the-language-of-humiliation-and-secularization","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guneydoguasyacalismalari.com\/tr_tr\/asagilama-dili-ve-sekulerlesme-the-language-of-humiliation-and-secularization\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cA\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dili\u201d ve sek\u00fclerle\u015fme \/ The language of humiliation and secularization"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mehmet \u00d6zay\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 01.01.2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun sek\u00fclerle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine meyl etmesinde, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan gelen ve kimi ba\u011flamlarda bask\u0131 unsuru olarak tezah\u00fcr eden ve nihayetinde i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmi\u015f de\u011ferler manzumesi olarak gizli\/a\u00e7\u0131k var olan unsurlar\u0131n pay\u0131 yads\u0131namayacak bir \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bireyin, kendini i\u00e7inde var sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckleri ve kavramlar\u0131 geni\u015fleterek ortaya koymak yerine, d\u0131\u015fardan gelen etkilerle bu anlam b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini fark\u0131nda olarak ve olmayarak d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme konusunda sergiledi\u011fi \u00e7aba, onu sek\u00fclerle\u015fmeci bir boyuta ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, bireysel ve toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fimde \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dili\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verebilece\u011fimiz ve teori denmese bile en az\u0131ndan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mdan bahsetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsl\u00fcman birey ve toplum, i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumda maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dili\u2019nin etkisi alt\u0131ndad\u0131r ve bunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n epeyce uzun bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylersek yan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bireyin kendini i\u00e7inde buldu\u011fu ve\/ya zamanla bulmak istedi\u011fi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanca toplumsalla\u015fma evrenine ula\u015fmak ve onu ya\u015famak yerine, \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama diline\u201d maruz kalmas\u0131yla verdi\u011fi tepki onu, de\u011fi\u015ftirmekte ve bu de\u011fi\u015fim kendisinin ait oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131lan inan\u00e7 ve de\u011ferler aras\u0131na mesafe koymas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hem de bunu, i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve eylem bi\u00e7imi i\u00e7inde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131\/kalabildi\u011fi varsay\u0131m\u0131 ile ortaya koymakta ve b\u00f6ylece \u00f6nemli bir ikilemin \u00f6znesi haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilinin\u201d ne oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamakta fayda var. Asl\u0131nda pek de bilinmeyen bir husus de\u011fil&#8230; T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6rne\u011finde gerici, yobaz vb. g\u00f6rece a\u011f\u0131r kullan\u0131mlar ile geleneksel(ci), muhafazak\u00e2r gibi g\u00f6rece daha yu\u015fumak kullan\u0131mlar \u015feklinde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan\/muhatap olunan yakla\u015f\u0131mlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dili\u201d kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman birey \u00fczerinde ne t\u00fcrden tesirler do\u011furdu\u011fu, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 y\u0131llar\u0131 kabul edilebilecek ve \u00f6zellikle 90\u2019lardan itibaren ba\u015fg\u00f6steren d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine g\u00f6z atmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bunun en iyi g\u00f6stergelerinden biri, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemen hat\u0131rlatay\u0131m ki, \u2018ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019 demekle sadece \u2018kad\u0131n\u2019\u0131 sorumlu k\u0131lan bir tutum geli\u015ftirmiyorum. Sorunlu cinsiyet\u00e7i bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n k\u00f6kenini te\u015fkil eden Bat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin do\u011furdu\u011fu sonu\u00e7larla, bug\u00fcn gelinen ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 noktada M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131n ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman erkek b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc a\u015farak ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcnde her ikisinin payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alan\u0131 ortaya koymak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, uzak ve yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte, -ancak bug\u00fcn de\u011fil- sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck formu nedeniyle \u2018a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilinin\u2019 uzanabildi\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir alana tekab\u00fcl eden ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden neyin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc meselesi gayet \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yukar\u0131da \u2018ancak bug\u00fcn de\u011fil\u2019 derken kastetti\u011fim bunun bugn itibar\u0131yla gayet \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cA\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama diline\u201d maruz kalan, hatta kimi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde bu maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 olguya gayet uzak, pek de neyin kastedildi\u011fini anlamayan ve bir naiflikle ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcne b\u00fcr\u00fcnen kad\u0131n, \u015fehir dokusu i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zellikle de, \u015fehrin atardamarlar\u0131ndan oldu\u011fu iddia edilen kamp\u00fcslerde yer almakla, bu a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilinin hedef ve merkezi haline gelmi\u015f ve getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilini\u201d ortaya koyanlar\u0131n kimlikleri, aidiyetleri, ideolojileri bir yana, bu kitlenin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dili \u00fczerinden, gayet \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fimi kam\u00e7\u0131lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda olmamalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bug\u00fcn, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bir inan\u00e7 formu, bir ahl\u00e2ki tutum, hatta ve hatta varolu\u015fta kendine bir yer tutma de\u011fil aksine, bir bireysel se\u00e7im ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fczeyine indirgeyerek t\u00fcketimcili\u011fin g\u00fcncelli\u011fine b\u00fcr\u00fcnerek kullan\u0131\u015fl\u0131 modern bir kisfeye b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi temelde, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcyle neler yapabilece\u011fini ve ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden nas\u0131l bir sek\u00fclerle\u015fmenin, bireysel d\u00fczeyden toplumsal d\u00fczeye s\u0131\u00e7rayarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ile g\u00f6stermecilik olgular\u0131n\u0131n birbirine \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebiliyor olu\u015fu asl\u0131nda tam da, bu sek\u00fclerle\u015fmecili\u011fin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 hak etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00f6stermecilik derken, \u2018M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019 bireyin salt \u00f6rt\u00fc nesnesini ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131rarak marka d\u00fczeyinde, modaya adapte olarak ve modala\u015farak kendini ortaya koymas\u0131n\u0131 kastetmiyorum. Aksine, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ile neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fini, bireyselin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek, toplumsal alanda ve topluma y\u00f6nelik olarak ortaya koyan bireylerin her t\u00fcrden eylem bi\u00e7imleridir kastedilen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00f6z konusu bu \u201cg\u00f6sterme\u201d i\u015fi, kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir de\u011fer olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bir de\u011fer olarak kabul eden ve zikreden anlam b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ortadan kalkmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Burada ya\u015fanan derin bir de\u011fi\u015fimdir asl\u0131nda&#8230; Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden bir anlam evrenini ve bunun eylemlerini ortaya koymas\u0131 beklenen birey, tastamam tersi bir anlay\u0131\u015fla eylemlerin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f halleriyle ba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc \u2018anlamland\u0131rmaktad\u0131r\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gelinen bu nokta, maruz kal\u0131nan \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama diline\u201d kar\u015f\u0131, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bireyin ve toplumun nas\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclebilece\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6yle ki, \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilini\u201d bir sermaye olarak kullanan \u00e7evreler bu sermayenin neler \u00fcretebildi\u011fine herhalde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir memnuniyetle \u015fahit olmaktad\u0131rlar. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc bireyi kabul etme, onunla yan yana gelerek poz verme rit\u00fcelleri, biz de e\u015fitiz mesaj\u0131n\u0131n distrib\u00fct\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapma bunun a\u00e7\u0131k g\u00f6stergeleridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme maruz kalan ve bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc bile isteye\/kas\u0131tl\u0131 ve niyetli bir \u015fekilde i\u00e7selle\u015ftiren birey ve toplum kesimlerinin art\u0131k kendilerini gelenekle, muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131kla ve benzeri ba\u011flamlarla ili\u015fkilendirmelerine gerek kalmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcyle ortaya konulan bu h\u00e2l, tutum ve anlay\u0131\u015flar, \u201ca\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama dilinin\u201d arzu etti\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fim zincirlerinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir. Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc, \u2018M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019 bireyin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirildi\u011fi zehab\u0131yla art\u0131k modern olman\u0131n bir vas\u0131tas\u0131 haline geliyor.
