Ve bu e\u011fitim s\u00fcreci, temel olgular ve kavramlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, ahl\u00e2k ve edep temelli olu\u015fuyla dikkat \u00e7eker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6yle ki, toplumsal yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde be\u015feri adaletin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n, b\u00f6ylesi bir ili\u015fkinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve geli\u015ftirilmesiyle ili\u015fkisi g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemez. Bu anlamda, insan\u0131n akl eden bir varl\u0131k olmas\u0131 ile f\u0131trata uygun e\u011fitim aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeyi hak eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kadim d\u00f6nemlerden itibaren insan ve insanl\u0131k \u00fczerine g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f beyan eden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler, ad\u0131na e\u011fitim denilen s\u00fcrecin bireylerin iyi y\u00f6nlerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 konusuna vurgu yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, bireyi salt kendisiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir duruma indirgemeyip, aksine bireyin toplumsal ili\u015fkilerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131lanmas\u0131ndaki ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla adaletin sa\u011flanmas\u0131ndaki rol ve \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7eker.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bununla birlikte, Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da son d\u00f6rt y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar geli\u015fme g\u00f6steren, ad\u0131na modernle\u015fme denilen s\u00fcrecin giderek kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131yla, e\u011fitim olgusu da asli unsurundan uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki, di\u011fer toplumsal kurumlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ve belki de \u00f6ncelikli olarak e\u011fitim kurumunun ahl\u00e2k ve edep temelli insan yeti\u015ftirme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, modernle\u015fme ile birlikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ferek tali bir niteli\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nsan\u0131n art\u0131k kendinde bir akt\u00f6r de\u011fil, kitlelere eklemlenen ve e\u011fitim ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere her toplumsal kurum i\u00e7erisinde pasif bir t\u00fcketici konumuna indirgenmesi, onun tekil ve toplumsal bir varl\u0131k olarak \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn art\u0131k pek bir \u00f6nem arz etmedi\u011fine i\u015faret eder. Bu ba\u011flamda, e\u011fitim kurumu ve yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 bireysel ve toplumsal iyinin in\u015fas\u0131na de\u011fil, modernle\u015fmenin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gelene\u011fe ve f\u0131trata muhalif yap\u0131lara y\u00f6nelimi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan bir boyut olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine tabi olan bireylerin, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7erisinde ve\/ya sonras\u0131nda ahl\u00e2k ve edep gibi s\u0131fatlara konu olmamas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylesi bir geli\u015fme, sadece post-modern veya y\u00fcksek modernli\u011fi ilk elden tecr\u00fcbe eden Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkeler ve toplumlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Burada can al\u0131c\u0131 husus, modernle\u015fmenin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 evrensellik olgusu ile sadece Bat\u0131 toplumlar\u0131nda de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalar\u0131nda da benzer bir s\u00fcrecin i\u015flemekte oldu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu noktada, toplumlar\u0131n modernle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle tasvir edilen geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeylerine ra\u011fmen, gerek insan tekinin gerekse toplumlar\u0131n y\u00fczle\u015fti\u011fine tan\u0131k olunan ve bu anlamda geli\u015fmi\u015flikle tezat te\u015fkil eden olumsuzluklar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn normali kabul edilmektedir. \u00d6yle ki, akademik ve pop\u00fcler g\u00fcndem \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda hakim g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin modernle\u015fme \u00f6zelinde \u2018evrensellik\u2019 iddias\u0131na oturtulma \u00e7abas\u0131, neredeyse reddedilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir kabul g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oysa, modernle\u015fmenin k\u00fcresel toplumun belli bir kesiminde, tarihi ve sosyolojik ko\u015fullar\u0131n bir gere\u011fi ve\/ya zorlamas\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, evrensellik olgusuna ele\u015ftirel bir yakla\u015f\u0131m geli\u015ftirmeyi gerektirmektedir.
