T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 k\u00f6\u015felerindeki topluluklara ilginin hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u015fartlar hem de ilgili \u00fclkeler ve bundan daha da \u00f6te k\u00fcresel arenadaki geli\u015fmelerden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin i\u00e7e kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131, ulus-devlet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n kom\u015fu devletlerden ba\u015flayarak uzak co\u011frafyalara do\u011fru uzanan giderek kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131, y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn Avrupa merkezli bir \u00e7ehreye b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, zaman zaman \u2018Do\u011fu\u2019nun kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc \u015fartlar\u0131nda hat\u0131rlanan birka\u00e7 \u00fclke ve birka\u00e7 liderden \u00f6te bir anlam ve i\u00e7erik sahibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemler ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1980\u2019li y\u0131llar bir yandan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede siyasi arenada yak\u0131n kom\u015fulardan uzak co\u011frafyalara do\u011fru bir y\u00f6nelimin g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi y\u0131llard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 k\u00fcreselle\u015fme olgusunun salt kavramsal d\u00fczeyde de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi i\u00e7ine alacak \u015fekilde farkl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlarla prati\u011fe de ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi y\u0131llar olarak dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir. \u0130\u015fte bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na -ki yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 derken \u00f6zellikle de Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkeleri anlamak gerekiyor- \u00f6\u011frenci g\u00f6nderilmesi, farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalardan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00f6\u011frenciler, ayd\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimin yolunu a\u00e7an unsurlardan biriydi. Bir di\u011feri, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k faaliyetinde \u00f6zellikle dergi yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zelinde \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131, \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma b\u00f6lgelerinin g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131, akabinde baz\u0131 eserlerin terc\u00fcmeleri gibi \u00e7abalar aralar\u0131nda Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun da oldu\u011fu isimlerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de an\u0131lmas\u0131na neden oldu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asl\u0131nda bu geli\u015fmeler kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir olumluluk ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte, \u00f6rne\u011fin Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 A\u00e7e toplumu ile ba\u011flar\u0131n nerede ne zaman ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131, nerede ve nas\u0131l kesildi\u011fi ve yeniden g\u00fcndeme nas\u0131l ve ne \u015fekilde geldi\u011fi meselelerinin yak\u0131ndan incelenmesini gerektirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hemen burada Tiro meselesine k\u0131sa bir ara verip A\u00e7e ile ili\u015fkilerin, 26 Aral\u0131k 2004 tarihinde ya\u015fanan deprem ve tsunamiden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak bu s\u00fcrecin ard\u0131ndan yani yakla\u015f\u0131k on y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir nas\u0131l olup da b\u00f6lgedeki iki ulus devlet yani Malezya ve Endonezya ile kurulan siyasi ili\u015fkilerde bir t\u00fcr \u201chat\u0131rlanma malzemesi\u201d yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131kta izledi\u011fimi belirtmeliyim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tarihin erken d\u00f6nemlerinde, diyelim ki 16. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda, yani 1530\u2019lar diyelim, ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131lan, 1560\u2019larda ortaya konulan, 1610\u2019larda k\u0131sa ziyaretlerle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen, 1850\u2019ler ve 1870\u2019lerde yeniden kurulmaya niyetlenilen s\u00fcre\u00e7lerle, elbetteki A\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ve bu siyasi b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn siyasi elitlerinin Osmanl\u0131 Devleti nezdinde girdikleri kas\u0131tl\u0131 ve niyetli te\u015febb\u00fcslere at\u0131fta bulunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak son d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6zlemlenen ve tan\u0131k olunan husus ise bu uzun tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015fle anakronik bir nitelik arz edecek \u015fekilde bug\u00fcn ad\u0131na ulus-devlet denilen ve bu devletlerin omurgas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmayan bir yap\u0131n\u0131n, yani A\u00e7e\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye ile yukar\u0131da zikredilen iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkilere basamak yap\u0131lmak istenmesidir. \u00d6yle ki, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Malezya ve Endonezya ile ili\u015fkilerinde her iki taraftan resmi heyetlerce yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda veya protokol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 konu\u015fmalarda A\u00e7e vurgusu her iki cenahta da \u201cy\u00fczy\u0131llarca \u00f6nce ba\u015flayan ili\u015fkilere\u201d dayanak te\u015fkil edecek bir \u015fekilde zikredilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Burada dikkat \u00e7ekmek istedi\u011fim husus, A\u00e7e ile kaybedilen ili\u015fkilerin kurulabilmesinin yolunun sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ortaya konulamam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasan di Tiro ile ilgili daha \u00f6nce kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z k\u0131sa yaz\u0131larda onun T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye nas\u0131l ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na veya tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finmi\u015ftik. Bunlardan biri olan ve Tiro\u2019nun 1976-1978 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Sigli\u2019nin Tiro b\u00f6lgesindeki da\u011flarda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k il\u00e2n\u0131ndan sonraki iki y\u0131l\u0131nda kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerden olu\u015fan \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Bedeli: Bitmemi\u015f Sava\u015f G\u00fcnl\u00fckleri\u201d adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Bu eser bize, kendi ifadesiyle dile getirmek gerekirse, \u201catalar\u0131ndan devr ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 miras\u0131 devam ettirme sorumlulu\u011fu ta\u015f\u0131yan\u201d Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun siyasi m\u00fccadelesinin ilk birka\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak Tiro, bir m\u00fccadele adam\u0131 olmadan \u00f6nce parlak bir \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi, Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin BM\u2019deki ilk temsilcisi, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve sayg\u0131n bir i\u015f adam\u0131 gibi nitelikleriyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Tiro\u2019yu \u00f6nemli k\u0131lan hususiyetlerden biri bu sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00f6zelliklerinin birbiri ard\u0131na ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan sonra, orta ya\u015flar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n kemale erdi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde A\u00e7e m\u00fccadelesi diye bir sorunu kendine dert edinmesi ve bunu prati\u011fe ge\u00e7irmesidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1925 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011fdu\u011fu dikkate al\u0131nacak olursa, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda A\u00e7e-Sumatra Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k Bildirgesi\u2019ni d\u00fcnyaya hayk\u0131r\u0131rken Tiro elli ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu durum bize Tiro\u2019nun o d\u00f6neme kadar, ne k\u00f6y\u00fcnde kendi halinde ya\u015fayan bir ki\u015fi, ne elinde silah\u0131yla da\u011flarda gezinen bir meczup oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Aksine, yukar\u0131da k\u0131saca dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fim \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda A\u00e7e\u2019deki erken d\u00f6nem e\u011fitimin ard\u0131ndan Cogcakarta\u2019daki \u00fcniversite ya\u015fam\u0131, akabinde ABD\u2019de y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenimi, Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin d\u0131\u015f i\u015flerince BM\u2019de g\u00f6revlendirilmesi, i\u015f hayat\u0131na at\u0131larak ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir i\u015f adam\u0131 olmas\u0131 Tiro\u2019nun her \u015feyin \u00f6tesinde son derece bilin\u00e7li ve kendinde bir \u2018adam\u2019 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmektedir. M\u00fccadelesine ba\u015flayana kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre\u00e7te kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve entelekt\u00fcel birikimine kan\u0131t niteli\u011findeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ise halen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ta\u015f\u0131nmay\u0131 ve tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 bekliyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiro\u2019nun ilerlemi\u015f ya\u015f\u0131nda birdenbire kaybedilmi\u015f vatan duygusu, uzakta kalm\u0131\u015f bir ge\u00e7mi\u015f ile ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n yenilenmesi gibi bir durumun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda nelerin rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma konusudur. Ancak giri\u015fti\u011fi bu hareket, onun bir siyasi ve toplumsal akt\u00f6r rol\u00fc \u00fcstlenebilmesinde bir dizi \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiro\u2019nun eylemlerindeki bu bireysel y\u00f6nleri kadar hareketin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemin b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel konumlar\u0131n\u0131n da ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00d6yle ki, 1970\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n sadece Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin bat\u0131s\u0131nda bir eyalet olan A\u00e7e\u2019de de\u011fil, Filipinler\u2019in g\u00fcneyinde Mindanao\u2019da, Tayland\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcneyinde Patani\u2019de ve k\u0131smen Myanmar\u2019\u0131n bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki Arakan\u2019da \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve otonom hak talepleri ile birlikte de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tabii burada sadece G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisindeki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitleleri ve bu kitlelerin etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillendi\u011fi m\u00fccadeleleri kastediyorum. Burada A\u00e7e hareketinin \u0130slami olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususuna getirilebilecek ele\u015ftirileri, A\u00e7e ve b\u00f6lge siyasetine, toplumsal hareketlerine ve tarihine mesafeli duru\u015fun bir zaafiyeti olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimi s\u00f6ylemeliyim. Bununla birlikte, buna verilebilecek uzunca cevab\u0131 burada ortaya koymayaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya co\u011frafyas\u0131nda verilen bu m\u00fccadelelerin post-kolonyal (s\u00f6m\u00fcrge sonras\u0131) ve neo-kolonyal (yeni s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik) ba\u011flamlar\u0131yla \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen ve hakiki bir duru\u015fa i\u015faret ettiklerini s\u00f6ylemek istiyorum. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00f6netmi\u015f olan Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e7eyre\u011finde bu sefer ad\u0131na Post-kolonyal denilen ve bir anlamda kendi s\u00f6m\u00fcrge ge\u00e7mi\u015flerine y\u00f6nelik olarak i\u00e7inde edebiyat, zihin, siyasi, dini, linguistik vb. s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik(ler) gibi sosyal bilimlerin zenginle\u015ftirebildi\u011fi ne kadar alan varsa t\u00fcm\u00fcnde hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine y\u00f6nelik alabildi\u011fine ele\u015ftirel oldu\u011fu belirtilen bir tutuma kendi, yani Bat\u0131 kamp\u00fcslerinde bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 3. D\u00fcnyadan gelmi\u015f akademisyenler eliyle \u00e7anak tutmalar\u0131n\u0131n bir tuhafl\u0131k oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oysa s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik s\u00fcrecinde vatan ve din ba\u011flam\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ard\u0131ndan yine Bat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi \u2018milliyet\u00e7ilik\u2019 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi vermi\u015f co\u011frafyalar\u0131n siyasi ve toplumsal elitinin kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 eserlerin Bat\u0131 akademi \u00e7evrelerinde okutulmamas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a tuhaf de\u011fil mi? \u00d6te yandan, bu t\u00fcr eserlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin akt\u00f6r\u00fc olmu\u015f co\u011frafyalar\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerinde \u00f6rne\u011fin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, Malezya\u2019da, Endonezya\u2019da okutulmuyor olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 gelmiyor mu size?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu durumun g\u00fcndeme getirilmesinin bir aciliyet oldu\u011funa \u015f\u00fcphe yok. Bu ba\u011flamda, Hasan di Tiro ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya co\u011frafyas\u0131nda yeti\u015fmi\u015f olan bu t\u00fcrden siyasi ve toplumsal liderlerin hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n, m\u00fccadelelerinin ve de eserlerinin ciddi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara konu olmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fim \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Bedeli gibi kitaplar\u0131n niteli\u011fi az\u0131msamamakla birlikte, toplumda sadece birka\u00e7 ilgilisine hitap etmek yerine, kamp\u00fcslerde sosyal bilim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u00f6rne\u011fin sosyoloji, siyaset bilimi, edebiyat gibi b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerdeki Post-kolonyal ve ilintili derslerde ve y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora tezleri gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara konu olacak \u015fekilde g\u00fcndeme getirilerek toplumun geni\u015f kesimlerine ula\u015facak \u015fekilde do\u011fru ve istikrarl\u0131 yay\u0131n politikalar\u0131yla do\u011fru yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi kanaatindeyim. Bu bize \u00f6rne\u011fin Hasan di Tiro gibi m\u00fccadelesini vermi\u015f ve bu hayattan \u00e7ekilmi\u015f liderlerin m\u00fccadelelerinin temellerinin ve bug\u00fcne yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 anlamland\u0131rmaya olanak tan\u0131yacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu vesileyle Hasan di Tiro\u2019ya Allah\u2019tan rahmet diliyorum.
