Bir s\u00fcredir bulundu\u011fum Cakarta\u2019da Milli K\u00fct\u00fcphane\u2019nin zengin kaynaklar\u0131na gark olmu\u015ftum. Ba\u015fkent Cakarta\u2019n\u0131n hengamesine, Ramazan ay\u0131nda bir de iftar tela\u015f\u0131, ay\u0131n ortas\u0131ndan itibaren de al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 eklenirken, k\u00fct\u00fcphane ortam\u0131 bir kurtulu\u015f vesile gibi oluyor. Her ne kadar t\u00fcm kurumlar gibi k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler de \u00f6\u011fleden sonra \u00fc\u00e7te kapat\u0131lsa da, Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n rehaveti i\u00e7erisinde burada ge\u00e7irilen birka\u00e7 saat bile inan\u0131lmaz bir keyif ve kemmiyet arz ediyor. K\u00fct\u00fcphanenin \u00f6zellikle be\u015finci ve yedinci katlar\u0131ndaki el yazma eserler, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131ndan itibaren ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f birincil kaynak niteli\u011findeki eserler, tozlu raflardan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma masalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine getiriliyor. Kimi el yazma eserlerin orijinallerinden ziyade Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netiminin durmak bilmeyen \u2018\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma azmi ve ruhuna sahip\u2019 memurlar\u0131nca transkripsiyonundan takip edilebiliyor. Aradan ge\u00e7en bir y\u00fczy\u0131la ra\u011fmen, Latin alfabesiyle ve el yaz\u0131s\u0131yla yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lge tarihine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutan eserler zaman t\u00fcneline ta\u015f\u0131yor okuyucuyu&#8230;\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"TR\">Bunun akabinde Ramazan Bayram\u0131 ge\u00e7irmek \u00fczere Banda A\u00e7e\u2019deydim. Endonezya\u2019da on milyonlarca insan\u0131n tatil i\u00e7in seferber oldu\u011fu Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n son g\u00fcnlerine yak\u0131n ben de kalabal\u0131\u011fa kalmadan Banda A\u00e7e\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131m. Bu kutsal ay\u0131n A\u00e7e\u2019de kendine has atmosferini bir kez daha teneff\u00fcs etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulurken, \u015fehirdeki baz\u0131 e\u015f dostu da memleketlerine ka\u00e7madan \u00f6nce ziyaret etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 elde ettim. Bunlar aras\u0131nda Indra adl\u0131 dostumun Peunayong semtinde Metodist Kilise\u2019nin arka soka\u011f\u0131ndaki eskici d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131 u\u011frak yerlerimden biridir. Zaman zaman ho\u015f sohbet etti\u011fim Indra, me\u015fgul oldu\u011fu i\u015fiyle pek de ilintisiz kabul edilse de, sahip oldu\u011fu entellekt\u00fcel kapasitesiyle her g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemizde geli\u015fmelere dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ve yorumlar\u0131yla kayda de\u011fer bir dosttur. Bu seferki ziyaretimde de bir benzeri ya\u015fand\u0131&#8230;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"TR\">Cuma namaz\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan yak\u0131c\u0131 s\u0131ca\u011fa ald\u0131rmadan Indra\u2019n\u0131n eskici d\u00fckk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131n yolunu tuttum. Ayak \u00fcst\u00fc sohbet ederken, birden heyecanla \u201cBen de seni bekliyordum. Dur sana baz\u0131 kitaplar g\u00f6sterece\u011fim.\u201d diyerek eve girdi. Bir s\u00fcre sonra elinde bir \u00e7anta dolusu kitapla \u00e7\u0131kageldi. \u00c7antay\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131p kitaplar\u0131 tek tek \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131p sandalyenin \u00fczerine koymas\u0131yla heyecan\u0131m depre\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu kitaplar\u0131n \u00f6yle s\u0131radan addedilebilecek eserler olmamas\u0131, aksine A\u00e7e\u2019nin \u2018d\u00fcn\u00fcnde\u2019 iz b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f ve b\u00f6lge tarihine de derinlemesine n\u00fcfuz eden yazarlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olmas\u0131 heyecan\u0131m\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rken, kitaplar\u0131n kurt yemi\u015f ve k\u00fcf d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f sayfalar\u0131 \u201ctarihi dokuyu\u201d biraz daha derinle\u015ftiriyordu.\u00a0 D\u00f6n\u00fcp Indra\u2019ya \u201cNereden buldun bunlar\u0131?\u201d soruma \u201c\u015eeriat M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden\u201d (Dinas Syariah) \u015feklinde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m yan\u0131t ise, dudak u\u00e7uklatacak cinstendi. Indra, \u201cBina yeni bir yere ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131yormu\u015f. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ellerindeki kitaplar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131yorlard\u0131. Ben de ne varsa toplamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.\u201d diye ekledi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"TR\">Pek de yabanc\u0131s\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m kitaplar\u0131 eksik sayfalar\u0131na k\u00fcf\u00fcne ald\u0131rmadan birer birer kenara ay\u0131r\u0131rken, ilk etapta birincil ilgi alan\u0131ma dahil olmayanlar\u0131 da eledim. Eskicide kar\u015f\u0131ma \u00e7\u0131kan eserlerden birka\u00e7\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131. Modern d\u00f6nemde A\u00e7e toplumunun yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00f6nde gelen sosyologlardan ve tsunamide hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden merhum Dr. M. \u0130sa S\u00fcleyman\u2019\u0131n \u2018A\u00e7e Tarihi\u2019 (Sejarah Aceh) adl\u0131 eseri, Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011finin din\/k\u00fclt\u00fcr politikalar\u0131n\u0131n mimar\u0131 oryantalist Dr. Snouck Hurgronje\u2019un art\u0131k bir klasik olan \u2018De Atjehers\u2019 isimli eserinin \u2018Aceh: Rakyat dan Adat Istiadatnya\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Endonezyacaya yap\u0131lan k\u0131smi \u00e7evirisi bulunuyor.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"TR\">A\u00e7e\u2019nin hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r ilmi ve tecr\u00fcbesi olan kamp\u00fcs \u00e7evresinden \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6neticilik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eeriat M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ndeki kitapl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya k\u00fct\u00fcphanesinden \u00e7\u0131kan ve \u2018\u00e7\u00f6pe\u2019 at\u0131lan bu ve benzeri eserleri g\u00f6rmek en hafif ifadesiyle \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc verici. Eyalet\u2019te istisnai bir yeri oldu\u011funa ku\u015fku olmayan b\u00f6ylesi bir kurumun, i\u00e7inde nadir eserlerin de bulundu\u011fu k\u00fct\u00fcphanesini bir yerden bir yere ta\u015f\u0131rken ki tak\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tutum \u00fczerinde ciddiyetle durulmay\u0131 gerektiriyor. Eskici d\u00fckkan\u0131na \u2018d\u00fc\u015fen\u2019 eserler hali ise s\u00f6z konusu kurumun sadece d\u00fcnden kalan bir kay\u0131ts\u0131zl\u0131k i\u00e7erisinde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kurtlar\u0131n yedi\u011fi ve k\u00fcflenmi\u015flik halinden hareketle bu eserlerin bulundu\u011fu birimin kendi haline terk edilmi\u015fli\u011finden bahsedilebilir.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"TR\">26 Aral\u0131k 2004\u2019de d\u00fcnya tarihinin bug\u00fcne kadar g\u00f6r\u00fcp g\u00f6rece\u011fi en b\u00fcy\u00fck afete d\u00fc\u00e7\u00e2r olmu\u015f ve o g\u00fcn \u015fehirdeki ar\u015fiv ve eyalet k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi ile Ali Ha\u015fimi \u00f6zel k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi\u2019nin \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hasar g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve iki \u00fcniversitenin k\u00fct\u00fcphanesinin de k\u0131smen etkilendi\u011fi<\/span><span lang=\"TR\">;<\/span><span lang=\"TR\"> bir \u00f6ncesinde on y\u0131llarca \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131na maruz kalm\u0131\u015f; biraz daha ge\u00e7mi\u015finde epeyce uzun bir s\u00fcre Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi zulm\u00fc alt\u0131nda inlemi\u015f A\u00e7e\u2019de kendi tarihine, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ait de\u011ferler olarak addedilebilecek ve bug\u00fcn eliyle d\u00fcnden yar\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131nda ehemmiyet bulunan yaz\u0131l\u0131 malzemelere hem de \u015eeriat M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan \u2018yol verilmesi\u2019nin anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bir yan\u0131 bulunmuyor. Bu durumun olsa olsa, \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131n neredeyse t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc saran ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ve birikime y\u00f6nelik \u2018i\u00e7tensizlik\u2019 ve \u2018kay\u0131ts\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019 t\u00fcr\u00fcnden bir bak\u0131\u015fla ba\u011fda\u015f\u0131r bir yan\u0131 var.
