Bununla birlikte, b\u00f6lgedeki \u00e7e\u015fitli siyasi ittifaklar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin b\u00f6lgeye ilgisinde etnik az\u0131nl\u0131klar dengesinin bozulmamas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkmen unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n garanti edilmesi konusu bulunuyor. Neredeyse t\u00fcm \u0130slam co\u011frafyas\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zaman diliminde Osmanl\u0131-T\u00fcrkiye co\u011frafyas\u0131nda ya\u015fanan konular\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn daha o d\u00f6nem hen\u00fcz ad\u0131 G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131 olarak an\u0131lmayan, ancak Malay M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 olarak bilinen halklar aras\u0131nda da yank\u0131 buldu. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hemen akabinde kurulan bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin, Cava Adas\u0131\u2019nda yay\u0131nlanan ve b\u00f6lgede takip edilen yay\u0131n organlar\u0131nda Musul konusu, t\u0131pk\u0131 Balkan Sava\u015flar\u0131, Trablusgrap Sava\u015f\u0131, halifeli\u011fin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, hilafet, \u2018Yeni T\u00fcrkiye\u2019 olarak da adland\u0131r\u0131lan Ankara h\u00fck\u00fcmeti vb. konular gibi yer ald\u0131. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, s\u00f6z konusu yay\u0131n organlar\u0131ndan sadece birka\u00e7\u0131nda yer alan haberlere k\u0131saca de\u011finerek Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fme ile Malay d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki ilgi ve al\u00e2kaya dikkat \u00e7ekmekte fayda var. Musul konusunu ele alan yay\u0131n organlar\u0131ndan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirmek suretiyle, Tak\u0131madalar M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kamuoyunun Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmeleri nas\u0131l g\u00f6rmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131na dair bir fikir elde edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurulu\u015fu 1912 y\u0131l\u0131na dayanan Muhammediyye adl\u0131 dini-sivil organizasyonunun yay\u0131nlar\u0131ndan biri olan \u201cBintang \u0130slam\u201d adl\u0131 yay\u0131n organ\u0131nda Musul konusunu ele al\u0131n\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019dan gelen bir habere dayanarak \u00e7\u0131kan yaz\u0131da, Lozan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinde Musul konusunun sadece T\u00fcrkiye ve \u0130ngiltere aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekilir. Bu iki \u00fclke aras\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonras\u0131nda, petrol y\u00f6n\u00fcnden zengin olan Musul\u2019un \u0130ngiltere hakimiyetine verildi\u011fi belirtilir. \u00d6te yandan, Ba\u011fdat\u2019\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc elinde tutan Kral Faysal\u2019\u0131n \u0130ngilizlerin siyasi kontrol\u00fcnde oldu\u011fu ve \u0130ngilizlerin t\u00fcm iddialar\u0131n\u0131n da buna dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda, Musul konusunun \u0130stanbul\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015f, ancak nas\u0131l olduysa konunun Ankara\u2019daki \u2018\u0130slam Cumhuriyeti\u2019 Yusuf Kemal Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131 konuyla ilgili \u0130ngilizlerle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yapmak \u00fczere Londra\u2019ya g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bintang Islam\u2019\u0131n bir ba\u015fka say\u0131s\u0131nda, \u201cMenoedjang Toerki Seberapa Bisa\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 haberde, Musul konusu yine ele al\u0131n\u0131r. Hicaz\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck kongre haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir s\u0131rada M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Lozan\u2019dan gelen ve \u0130ngilizlerin Musul\u2019a hakim olmak istediklerine dair haberle sars\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 belirtilir. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu geli\u015fmeden memnun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131; akabinde \u0130ngiltere y\u00f6netiminin Yak\u0131n Do\u011fu\u2019da deniz kuvvetlerine ait birlikleri g\u00f6nderme karar\u0131 ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bununla ilintili olarak \u0130ngiliz s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fine konu olan Hindistan\u2019da M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n, \u015fayet \u0130ngiltere ve m\u00fcttefiklerinin herhangi bir giri\u015fimi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, \u0130ngiliz s\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netimine sivil itaatsizlik g\u00f6stereceklerine dikkat \u00e7ekilir. Bu geli\u015fme, Hindistan\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n herhangi bir gerginlik halinde \u0130slam ve Halife ad\u0131na M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 destekleyeceklerini ortaya koyar.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bintang Islam, Mustafa Kemal\u2019in 1923 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131 ortalar\u0131nda Ankara\u2019dan Gebze\u2019ye yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ziyaret ve burada baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk yay\u0131n organlar\u0131n\u0131n edit\u00f6rleriyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 konu ediliyor. Gazetecilere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, \u201cAvrupa\u2019n\u0131n haklar\u0131 verece\u011fine konusunda kayg\u0131m yok.\u201d diyen Mustafa Kemal, o d\u00f6nem ya\u015fanan bar\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131n\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusundaysa karamsarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu noktada konunun Musul sorunundan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve M. Kemal\u2019in \u201cMusul\u2019un T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d dedi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekiliyor. M. Kemal konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor: \u201cKurucusu oldu\u011fum Halk Partisi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir harekettir. Bug\u00fcne kadar bir ordu mensubu olarak vazife yapt\u0131m. Ancak bundan sonra siyaset\u00e7i olarak hizmet vermek istiyorum. \u015eayet Avrupa taleplerimizi dikkate almazsa, sava\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6ze alabiliriz. Ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek g\u00fcce sahibiz.\u201d Yaz\u0131n\u0131n sonunda, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na duac\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> notu yazar taraf\u0131ndan dile getirilmesi, derginin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki geli\u015fmelere ve bunun \u0130slamiyetle ba\u011f\u0131na dair bir referans olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMusul Konusu\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kla haberde&#8230; \u0130stanbul\u2019dan al\u0131nan haberde Lozan Konferans\u0131\u2019nda Musul konusunun T\u00fcrk ve \u0130ngiliz heyetleri aras\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, maden ve \u00f6zellikle de petrol kaynaklar\u0131na sahip Musul\u2019un \u0130ngilizlere verildi\u011fi belirtilir. Bununla birlikte, Kral Faysal\u2019\u0131n Ba\u011fdat\u2019a hakim oldu\u011fu, Ba\u011fdat\u2019ta \u0130ngiliz birlikleri bulundu\u011fu ve \u0130ngilizlerin talebinin de sadece buna dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilir. Lozan Konferans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tarihlerinin hen\u00fcz belirlenmedi\u011fi, bununla birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar lehine geli\u015fmesi ve Musul\u2019un yeniden \u0130slam Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne dahil edilmesi temennisi dile getirilir.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMedan Moeslimin\u201d adl\u0131 bir ba\u015fka yay\u0131n organ\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan haberde, Musul yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda \u2018K\u00fcrdistan\u2019 b\u00f6lgesinde T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmetine kar\u015f\u0131 bir t\u00fcr ayaklanman\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131, 27 bin T\u00fcrk askerinin bu ayaklanmay\u0131 bast\u0131rmak \u00fczere harekete ge\u00e7ti\u011fi; ge\u00e7en \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn zarf\u0131nda bu meselenin sona erdi\u011fi belirtiliyor. Londra\u2019dan \u00e7ekilen telgrafta at\u0131fla, 27 bin askerin isyanc\u0131lara teslim oldu\u011funa i\u015faret ediliyor. F\u0131rat\u2019a kom\u015fu olan Musul\u2019un petrol zengini oldu\u011fu; T\u00fcrk devletinin, \u0130ngilizler y\u00f6netimdeki Musul\u2019u almak istedi\u011fi belirtiliyor. Bunun \u00fczerine, T\u00fcrkiye Irak\u2019ta egemenlik kuran \u0130ngilizlerle anla\u015fma imzalad\u0131 ve Musul Irak topraklar\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline getirildi. S\u00f6z konusu bu anla\u015fma gere\u011fince T\u00fcrkiye devletinin y\u00fczde onluk bir gelir elde edece\u011fi ifade ediliyor.
