Bu eserle ilgili k\u0131sa bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapma arzusundayd\u0131m. Bu vesileyle Osmanl\u0131ca T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi\u2019nde kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan \u2018A\u00e7e\u2019 adl\u0131 eserin transkripsiyonuna ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Elim bir vak\u2019a sonucu bilgisayar\u0131m\u0131n \u2018beynindeki\u2019 bilgiler yok olunca, t\u00fcm di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gibi bu transkripsiyon dosyas\u0131n\u0131 da kaybetmi\u015ftim. Akabinde, o d\u00f6nem, A\u00e7e ve b\u00f6lge \u00fczerine di\u011fer u\u011fra\u015flar nedeniyle bir daha bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fczerinde duramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Aradan birka\u00e7 y\u0131l ge\u00e7tikten sonra bir yay\u0131nevinin eseri sadele\u015ftirerek yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fimde sevinmi\u015ftim. Esere ula\u015fmam ise y\u0131llar sonra bir konferans \u0130stanbul\u2019a yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m seyahat vesilesiyle oldu. A\u00e7e \u00fczerine kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir eseri g\u00f6rmek kadar, eser \u00fczerine bir\u015feyler yazmay\u0131 en az\u0131ndan bir sorumluluk addediyorum. Bu vesile ile bir yandan eseri ele al\u0131rken, A\u00e7e\u2019yi bir kez daha \u2018hakk\u0131yla\u2019 g\u00fcndeme getirmek olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\">Evvel emirde, T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye kazand\u0131r\u0131lan her A\u00e7e \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek ba\u015flamak istiyorum. Elime ge\u00e7en bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00c7aml\u0131ca Bas\u0131n Yay\u0131n taraf\u0131ndan 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201c<i>Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n G\u00f6lgesinde Bir Uzakdo\u011fu Devleti: A\u00e7e<\/i>\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f. Bu eseri yay\u0131na haz\u0131rlayan ise Harun Tuncer. 143 sayfal\u0131k eserde ar\u015fiv belgeleri ve g\u00f6rsel malzemeye de yer verilmi\u015f. Orijinal eserin ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u2018A\u00e7e\u2019 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek, ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan itibaren eserin farkl\u0131 bir formatta g\u00fcndeme getirildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Yani bu anlamda, eser bir transkripsiyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 de\u011fil. Bu nedenledir ki, zaten Mehmed Ziya\u2019n\u0131n ad\u0131 kitap kapa\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fil, \u2018Takdim\u2019 yaz\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131yor. Eserin isminden ba\u015flamak gerekir. Eser, Mehmed Ziya Bey taraf\u0131ndan Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7esiyle kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da \u2018A\u00e7e\u2019dir. Mehmed Ziya Bey, haf\u0131zam beni yan\u0131ltm\u0131yorsa Ziya G\u00f6kalp olmal\u0131&#8230; Bunu teyit anlam\u0131nda eserin orijinalinde sadece A\u00e7e\u2019ye de\u011fil, insan \u0131rk\u0131 gibi antropolojik ve sosyolojik bilgilere yer verilmesini ileri s\u00fcrebilirim. Belki bundan \u00f6nce, \u2018<i>A\u00e7e<\/i>\u2019 adl\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda o d\u00f6nemin ko\u015fullar\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da nas\u0131l bir arka pl\u00e2n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme getirildi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir. Genelde G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Asya, \u00f6zelde A\u00e7e tarihi konusunda bir\u015feyler okumu\u015f olanlar\u0131n hat\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere Dr. Snouck Hurgronje, d\u00f6neminin en \u00f6nemli oryantalisti, \u0130slamologu olarak A\u00e7e\u2019de bulunmu\u015f, Mekke\u2019de A\u00e7eliler ve <i>Jawi<\/i> toplumu \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015f, Hollanda S\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netimine dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131kta bulunmu\u015f \u00f6nemli bir sosyal bilimci. Ziya Bey de 1906 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u2018<i>The Acehnese<\/i>\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u0130ngilizcesi yay\u0131nlanan bu esere ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve buradan, \u00f6nemli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kimi al\u0131nt\u0131larla eserini kaleme alm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131. Her ne kadar, Ziya Bey\u2019in bu esere nas\u0131l ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmese de eserin 120. Sayfas\u0131nda Snouck\u2019un eserinin Felemenek\u00e7e ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 olan\u0131na (\u2018<i>De Atjehers<\/i>\u2019) at\u0131f var. A\u00e7e\u2019de \u0130slam\u0131n ve devlet gelene\u011finin, bizde yaz\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7izildi\u011fi gibi, takriben 1511-1904 tarihleri aras\u0131nda varl\u0131k s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f A\u00e7e Darusselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (<i>The Sultanate of Aceh Darussalam<\/i>) ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Bu anlamda kimi yerel tarih\u00e7ilerin ifadeleri do\u011frultusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f belirtecek olursak, 9. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan ba\u015flayarak A\u00e7e co\u011frafyas\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli \u0130slam devleti gelene\u011fi var olagelmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylesi bir gelene\u011fe sahip bir halk\u0131n bir ba\u015fka devletin g\u00f6lgesinde olma gibi bir duruma d\u00fc\u00e7\u00e2r olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tarihi veriler bize g\u00f6steriyor. G\u00f6lge derken, A\u00e7e Sultan\u2019\u0131n\u0131n Osmanl\u0131ya g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi el\u00e7ilere g\u00f6nderme yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa, bu konuda yeter miktarda yaz\u0131 kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek \u00f6nceki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00f6nderme yapal\u0131m. Burada en az\u0131ndan k\u0131sa bir c\u00fcmle ile a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getireyim. A\u00e7e\u2019nin Osmanl\u0131 Devleti ile temas\u0131, halifeye h\u00fcrmeten ve de devletin o d\u00f6nemdeki siyasi ve askeri g\u00f6stergelerindeki veriler ba\u011flam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. A\u00e7e Sultanlar\u0131n\u0131n, Osmanl\u0131 Devleti ile \u2018kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fini\u2019 <i>stratejik ortakl\u0131k<\/i>, \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kurmak istediklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrecek epeyce neden var. Bu anlamda tabirimi mazur g\u00f6r\u00fcn bu ili\u015fkinin \u2018efendi-k\u00f6le\u2019 ili\u015fkisine indirgemek tarihe haks\u0131zl\u0131k olur.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\">Takdim b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u201c<i>Endonezya\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu adas\u0131 ve di\u011fer b\u00f6lgelerinde ya\u015fayan ahalinin men\u015fei, hayat tarzlar\u0131, giyim-ku\u015famlar\u0131, konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 dilleri vs. Hakk\u0131nda d\u00fcn\u00fc ve bug\u00fcn\u00fcne dair derli toplu malumat veriliyor c\u00fcmlesi<\/i>\u201d g\u00fcncellenmeye muhta\u00e7. Ama\u00e7 bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrk toplumunu A\u00e7e konusunda bilgilendirmek ise bu konuda saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f akademisyen ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n eserlerini yay\u0131nlamak gerekir. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n akabinde, eski s\u00f6m\u00fcrge topraklar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden \u2018i\u015fgal\u2019 niyetiyle Cava Adas\u0131\u2019na \u00e7\u0131kan \u0130ngilizler deste\u011findeki Hollanda birliklerine kar\u015f\u0131 Cava Milliyet\u00e7ilerinin ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesi\u2019nde A\u00e7e\u2019nin deste\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu ne demek? Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n yeniden istila giri\u015fiminde Endonezya topraklar\u0131nda girmedi\u011fi, girmek istemedi\u011fi tek co\u011frafya Kuzey Sumatra\u2019daki A\u00e7e\u2019dir. Bu nedenledir ki, 1945\u2019den Hollanda\u2019n\u0131n Endonezya Cumhuriyeti\u2019ni resmen tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 1949\u2019a kadarki s\u00fcre\u00e7te Endonezya Tak\u0131madalar\u0131\u2019nda (Nusantara) tek ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6lge A\u00e7e b\u00f6lgesidir. Bu nedenledir ki, Cava Milliyet\u00e7ilerinin lideri Sukarno, Hollanda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 hukuka dayanak te\u015fkil edecek \u015fekilde A\u00e7e\u2019nin o d\u00f6nemki siyasi lideri (al-merhum) Teungku Davud Beureuh\u2019den siyasi destek talep etmi\u015ftir. Bu destek de verilmi\u015ftir&#8230; Yani Endonezya Cumhuriyeti \u2018bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\u2019 ilk g\u00f6ndere \u00e7ekildi\u011fi yer bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonunda A\u00e7e\u2019nin ba\u015fkenti Banda A\u00e7e olmu\u015ftur. Peki yay\u0131nda ge\u00e7en 1962 anlat\u0131s\u0131 neye tekab\u00fcl eder? Bu y\u0131l A\u00e7e\u2019nin de i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, Bat\u0131 Cava, Sulavesi gibi yerlerde de 1950\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren ba\u015fg\u00f6steren ve 1960\u2019lara kadar devam eden <i>Dar\u2019ul Islam<\/i> hareketinin nihayetinde var\u0131lan anla\u015fmad\u0131r. Dar\u2019ul Islam Hareketi\u2019nin, en az\u0131ndan A\u00e7e\u2019nin kat\u0131lma nedeni, Hollandal\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 A\u00e7e\u2019den siyasi destek talep eden Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sukarno\u2019nun A\u00e7e\u2019ye vaad etti\u011fi siyasi, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklar\u0131 vermemesinden kaynaklan\u0131r. \u015eayet bu eserde dile getirildi\u011fi \u00fczere 1962\u2019den itibaren A\u00e7e \u2018\u00d6zerk Bir Devlet\u2019 idiyse, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131 4 Aral\u0131k\u2019\u0131nda Hasan di Tiro ne diye A\u00e7e-Sumatra Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k Bildirgesi\u2019ni bir kez daha d\u00fcnyaya il\u00e2n etme gere\u011fi duysun ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 y\u0131l boyunca bu hareket askeri ve siyasi hareketini devam ettirsin ve 15 A\u011fustos 2005 tarihinde Helsinki Bar\u0131\u015f Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na imza ats\u0131n idi ki!<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"tab-stops: .75in 5.5in; text-align: justify;\">Esere zenginlik katt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilebilecek \u2018Ek\u2019ler b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne gelirsek, gene \u00f6nemli birka\u00e7 husus dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
