The translation of Atjeh Bak Mata Donja by Haikal Afifa should be regarded as the initial initiative to revive di Tiro\u2019s political ideologies for the new generations. Here it is neutrally asserted that di Tiro\u2019s works refer to not only the Acehnese society, as seen and proved in his salient work titled \u2018Demoracy\u2019 but also Indonesia and similar socio-political entities in the region and other parts of the globe&#8230;<\/b><br \/><b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Apa yang pimpinan \u2018Gerakan Aceh Merdeka\u2019 tintakan sepanjang hidupnya? Karena ia telah wafat, dan tanah air telah damai, karya siapakah yang layak dipertimbangkan sebagai sumber akademik dan dasar intelektual oleh berbagai kalangan tanpa prasangka. Terjemahan Aceh Bak Mata Donja yang diselesaikan oleh Haikal Afifa patut diakui sebagai inisiatif untuk merevisi ideologi keluarga Tiro demi generasi-generasi baru. Disini secara alami telah diyakini bahwa karangan-karangan Tiro merujuk tak hanya kepada masyarakat Aceh sebagaimana terlihat dan terabsahkan dari tulisannya berjudul \u2018Demokrasi\u2019 tapi juga kepada Negara Indonesia dan entitas-entitas sosio-politik yang sama di wilayah ini dan wilayah-wilayah lainnya didunia\u2026<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>A\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi lideri merhum Tengku Hasan Muhammed di Tiro\u2019nun kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yirmi yedi eserden biri olan \u201cD\u00fcnyan\u0131n G\u00f6z\u00fcnde A\u00e7e\u201d (Aceh di Mata Dunia) adl\u0131 eser A\u00e7e dilinden (Atjeh Bak Mata Donja) Endonezyacaya \u00e7evrildi. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n Haziran ay\u0131nda piyasa \u00e7\u0131kan eser, A\u00e7e k\u00fclt\u00fcr d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n aktif isimlerinden ve \u2018A\u00e7e Medeniyet Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019 (Institut Peradaban Aceh) adl\u0131 bir olu\u015fumun kurucusu Haikal Afifa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6zenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucu olarak okuyucuyla bulu\u015ftu. Son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli kitaplar yay\u0131nlayan Bandar Yay\u0131nevi taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan eser 110 sayfa olup, ayn\u0131 zamanda eserin sonunda Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun biyografisinden detaylara da yer verilmi\u015f. B\u00f6ylece, uzunca bir s\u00fcredir gerek T\u00fcrk gerek A\u00e7eli dostlarla hasbihalimizde vurgulayageldi\u011fimiz \u00fczere Tgk. Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun eserlerinin yeniden g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u00f6rne\u011fi verilmi\u015f oldu. Tiro, bu eserini ilk olarak 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda New York\u2019da, ard\u0131ndan 1977 y\u0131l\u0131nda A\u00e7e\u2019de, 1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Stockholm\u2019de yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yedi b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fan eserin ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Tiro, eserin yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f ser\u00fcvenine \u00fczerine k\u0131sa bilgiler veriyor. Bu ba\u011flamda A\u00e7e tarihini konu alan eserlerin \u0130ngilizce, Portekizce, Frans\u0131zca, Almanca, Hollandaca, \u0130talyanca, Arap\u00e7a kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finerek, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in Lizbon, Madrid, Paris, Londra, \u0130stanbul (!), New York ve Washington\u2019da ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade ediyor. \u0130kinci b\u00f6l\u00fcmde A\u00e7e Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n siyasi ve teritoryal varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finiliyor. Eserin ana b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri diyebilece\u011fimiz \u00fc\u00e7, d\u00f6rt ve be\u015finci b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde Hollanda Sava\u015f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 safhada ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Asl\u0131nda A\u00e7e tarihini konu alan akademik eserlerde pek de dikkat \u00e7ekilmeyen bir husus oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu da, sava\u015f\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 safhada i\u015fleniyor olu\u015fu. <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Be\u015finci B\u00f6l\u00fcm, ayn\u0131 zamanda sava\u015f\u0131n bilfiil liderli\u011fini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun atalar\u0131na de\u011finilmesiyle dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Bu liderlerden sonuncusu Teungku Chik Majet di Tiro\u2019nun \u015fehit edilmesi Hollanda S\u00f6m\u00fcrge y\u00f6netimi sava\u015f\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131nda liderli\u011fi y\u00fcr\u00fcten Tiro ailesinin t\u00fcm erkek fertlerini ortadan kald\u0131rma hedefini neredeyse ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi anlam\u0131na geliyor. Bu nedenledir ki, Majet di Tiro\u2019nun 1911 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015fehit olu\u015fu, kimi tarih\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan sava\u015f\u0131n sona eri\u015fi olarak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. E\u015flerinin yan\u0131nda sava\u015fta bilfiil i\u015ftirak eden A\u00e7eli kad\u0131nlar\u0131n zikre de\u011fer oldu\u011fu dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Hollandal\u0131 subaylar A\u00e7eli kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu cesaretperverliklerine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterdiklerini bizzat Hollanda kaynaklar\u0131 yaz\u0131yor. Hasan di Tiro, buradan hareketle A\u00e7e vatan\u0131 \u00fczerinde tarih boyunca -ki bu 1511\u2019de Portekizlilerin b\u00f6lgeye n\u00fcfuzuyla ba\u015flar- s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen m\u00fccadelenin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6nderme yaparak, bu m\u00fccadele sayesindedir ki, bu topraklar\u0131n her daim ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bunu korumay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir (s. 81).<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alt\u0131nca B\u00f6l\u00fcm, \u2018Sava\u015f\u2019\u0131n A\u00e7e Halk\u0131 \u00dczerine Tesirleri\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131rken, \u2018Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve Kalk\u0131nma (Ma\u011fmur)\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan Yedinci B\u00f6l\u00fcm, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir arg\u00fcmanla ba\u015fl\u0131yor: \u201cBa\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k olmadan ma\u011fmur olunamaz\u201d.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tgk. Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun 1968 yani \u2018\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi\u2019 projesini fiiliyata ge\u00e7irmesinden yakla\u015f\u0131k on y\u0131l \u00f6nce kaleme almas\u0131 nedeniyle siyasi ideolojisini \u015fekillendiren \u00f6nemli safhalardan biri niteli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu vesileyle eseri A\u00e7e dilinden Endonezyacaya \u00e7eviren Haikal Afifa ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z r\u00f6portajdan al\u0131nt\u0131larla bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerimizi ortaya koymak istiyoruz. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede m\u00fctercim hakk\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir bilgi vermenin yerinde olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. M\u00fctercimle ilgili bu k\u0131sa anlat\u0131n\u0131n, sadece bireysel bir y\u00f6n\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ayn\u0131 akibeti payla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir neslin ortak anlat\u0131s\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulamal\u0131y\u0131m. \u0130lk etapta, Haikal\u2019\u0131 bu eseri yeniden bug\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131yacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya imza atmas\u0131na iten neden \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Haikal, ebeveyni \u201cA\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi\u201d i\u00e7inde yer alm\u0131\u015f ve \u015fehit olmu\u015f bir aileden geliyor. Bu anlamda, Haikal, bir anlamda Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun eserleri \u00fczerinden merhum anne-babas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6ylesi bir harekete girme nedenlerini de ke\u015ffetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu ba\u011flamda, Haikal Afifa kimdir k\u0131saca bir g\u00f6z atal\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7evirmenin kimli\u011fi ve aidiyeti bu eserin ve yazar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemiyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen bir y\u00f6n\u00fc var. \u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretimini A\u00e7e\u2019de tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra, Endonezya Ordusu\u2019nun \u2018zorlamalar\u0131\u2019 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, t\u0131pk\u0131 o d\u00f6nem \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 neslin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131<br \/>\n gibi A\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 terk etmek zorunda kal\u0131yor. Do\u011fu Cava\u2019da e\u011fitimi ile dikkat \u00e7eken Gontor\u2019da liseyi tamaml\u0131yor ve akabinde Tefsir alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rmek amac\u0131yla Malezya\u2019ya gidiyor. Ancak bu olgunla\u015fma y\u0131llar\u0131nda Haikal belki de gelece\u011fini \u015fekillendirecek bir karar veriyor. Tefsir alan\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenimi y\u00fcr\u00fctmek yerine, Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130li\u015fkiler B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019ne ge\u00e7meyi ye\u011fliyor ve Endonezya\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli \u00fcniversitelerinden \u2018University of Indonesia\u2019da \u00f6\u011frenimini tamaml\u0131yor. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda A\u00e7e\u2019ye d\u00f6nen Haikal, bu sefer farkl\u0131 bir tecr\u00fcbeye yani tsunamiye tan\u0131k oluyor. T\u0131pk\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131 gibi o d\u00f6nem A\u00e7e\u2019ye ak\u0131n eden uluslararas\u0131 yard\u0131m kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, bizzat i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve birinci elden tan\u0131k oldu\u011fu sosyal de\u011fi\u015fimler ba\u011flam\u0131nda A\u00e7e kimli\u011fine ve aidiyetine dair \u00f6nemli bir bilin\u00e7lenme s\u00fcreci ge\u00e7iriyor. Bu anlamda, s\u00f6z konusu bu s\u00fcrecin Haikal\u2019\u0131n, Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun eserlerine e\u011filmesinde kayda de\u011fer bir etkisi oldu\u011funu ve \u00f6nemli bir bilin\u00e7 eri\u015fimini tecr\u00fcbe etti\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrebiliriz. Zaten o da, \u201cA\u00e7e\u2019de tsunami sonras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015farl\u0131kl\u0131lar\u0131n etkisiyle, genel anlamda A\u00e7e\u2019de bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fimden ve de \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7 nesilde bir kimlik erozyonunun\u201d ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bunda, sadece H\u0131ristiyan unsurlar\u0131 de\u011fil, Ortado\u011fu k\u00f6kenli kimi \u2018giri\u015fimlerin de\u2019 rol\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekmekte fayda var. Bunun temel nedenlerinden biri, bizzat yakinen \u015fahit oldu\u011fumuz, belge ve kan\u0131tlar\u0131yla ortada durdu\u011fu \u00fczere, s\u00f6z konusu olu\u015fumlar\u0131n A\u00e7e toplumunu, iyi niyetli olarak ba\u015flasa da, s\u00fcre\u00e7te ilgili toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131na yabanc\u0131 edimleri g\u00fcndeme getirmeleriyle ya\u015fanan \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcr erozyonuna\u2019 bilerek veya bilmeyerek katk\u0131 yapmalar\u0131 oluyor. Haikal\u2019\u0131n ifadesine ba\u015fvurarak dile getirirsek, \u201c\u00e7at\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6neminde \u2018birlik\u2019 ruhunun \u00e7ok daha \u00f6n pl\u00e2nda oldu\u011fu, oysa tsunami sonras\u0131nda bar\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecine girilmesiyle birli\u011fin yerini kimileri \u2018\u00e7at\u0131\u015fma\u2019 boyutuna varan toplumsal \u2018farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n\u2019 g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi g\u00f6zlemleniyor\u201d. <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haikal, bu \u00e7eviri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yaparken, Tiro ailesinin baz\u0131 fertlerinden, -\u00f6rne\u011fin Musanna Tengku Abdul Wahab Tiro- izin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, \u00f6rne\u011fin baz\u0131 dil fakt\u00f6rleri gibi baz\u0131 yard\u0131mlar da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n iki temel amac\u0131 var. \u0130lki Hasan di Tiro gibi bir dava adam\u0131n\u0131, siyaset\u00e7iyi ortaya koydu\u011fu eserlerle sadece A\u00e7e toplumuna de\u011fil, Endonezya ve Malezya\u2019y\u0131 da i\u00e7ine alacak geni\u015f kitlelere tan\u0131tmak. \u0130kincisi, son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6nemli toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fimlere konu olan A\u00e7e toplumunda, \u00f6zellikle de gen\u00e7 nesilde \u2018A\u00e7elilik kimli\u011fi ve aidiyetine\u2019 dair g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hat\u0131rlatmalarda bulunmak ve b\u00f6ylece geli\u015ftirilmesine dair bir bilin\u00e7 geli\u015fimine vesile olmas\u0131. <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu terc\u00fcme eser, ilgin\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde tarihi i\u015flev benzerli\u011fine g\u00f6nderme yap\u0131yor. Tiro\u2019nun, daha \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesine ba\u015flamadan y\u0131llar \u00f6nce bu eseri kaleme almak suretiyle vermek istedi\u011fi \u00f6nemli bir mesaj vard\u0131. Benzer \u015fekilde, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da, yukar\u0131da dile getirdi\u011fimiz \u2018k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme\u2019 s\u00fcrecine konu olan gen\u00e7 nesil A\u00e7elilerde kimlik, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, tarih ve din kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden yeni bir bilin\u00e7 in\u015fas\u0131na el verecek bir te\u015febb\u00fcs olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Haikal\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ba\u015f vurarak ifade edersek, \u201c\u00d6nemli bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyete ev sahipli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015f olan A\u00e7e\u2019nin bunu hat\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131n vaktidir\u201d. Bu ba\u011flamda sordu\u011fumuz soruya Haikal\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi cevab\u0131 hat\u0131rlamak gerekiyor: \u201cBu kitab\u0131 terc\u00fcme etmesinin amac\u0131n\u0131n, yozla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine giren gen\u00e7 nesle Tiro\u2019nun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ideolojik yap\u0131s\u0131 ve ifade g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u2018kimli\u011fini\u2019 hat\u0131rlatmada \u00f6nemli bir ara\u00e7 i\u015flevi g\u00f6rece\u011fini\u201d umuyor.&nbsp; <\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, Tiro\u2019nun siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerindeki geli\u015fmeyi ortaya koymas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir eser.
