Yukar\u0131da dile getirdi\u011fim \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m\u0131, ben yap\u0131yorum&#8230; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nihayetinde, birbirine yak\u0131n ve benzer baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ayn\u0131 ve benzer y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7irmi\u015f bir ki\u015fi olmam sorunun sadece, Malezya \u00f6zelinde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aksine, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 ve kollektif bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndeme getirilmesinin ihtiyac\u0131na binaen bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sunuyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Akademisyen\/entellekt\u00fcel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin yay\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmam, ba\u015fta M\u00fcnire Hoca olmak \u00fczere, yazar ve konuya duyarl\u0131 akademisyenlerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini yakinen dinleme ve anlama f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulmam da, olan biteni anlamama ya da sorgulamama ku\u015fkusuz katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hedefe, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda istihdam edilen ad\u0131na \u2018akademisyen\u2019 denilen bireyleri hedef alan bir y\u00f6n\u00fc oldu\u011fu imas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir yakla\u015f\u0131m var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eseri ilk g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmde ve tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u015fl\u0131k ve ba\u015fl\u0131kla ilgili yakla\u015f\u0131mlar dillendirildi\u011finde ilk tepkim, bu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lise y\u0131llar\u0131mda yan\u0131lm\u0131yorsam, Cemil Meri\u00e7 ve\/ya benzeri isimleri okurken kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m kavramlardan olan \u2018fil kulesi\u2019 (<em>ivory tower<\/em>) daha \u00e7ok ve \u00f6zellikle, Frans\u0131z k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7evrelerine ait entellekt\u00fceller i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rl\u0131yorum. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu anlamda, ilk etapta, itiraz\u0131m, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131nda istihdam edilen \u2018\u00f6\u011fretici kadrolar\u0131n\u2019 entellekt\u00fcel olarak an\u0131lmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015finin, diyelim ki, lise \u00f6\u011freticili\u011finden bir basamak yukar\u0131s\u0131nda ve ad\u0131na, \u2018y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim\u2019 denilen kurumda yapan, \u0130ngilizce \u2018<em>teaching staff<\/em>\u2019 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nerebilece\u011fim, \u2018\u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi\u2019 kavram\u0131, bu i\u015fle i\u015ftigal eden ki\u015filerin entellekt\u00fcel olduklar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, M\u00fcnire Hoca\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu bu kavram\u0131 gayet, liberal ve c\u00f6mert\u00e7e kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve neredeyse, binlerce \u2018\u00f6\u011fretici s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131\u2019 entellekt\u00fcel yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velev ki, s\u00f6z konusu toplumda, kamuoyunun \u2018y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumu\u2019 \u00f6\u011fretici kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6yle alg\u0131lam\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylense de aksine, bu durumu kabul etmek yerine, ele\u015ftirel bir \u015fekilde g\u00fcndeme getirilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entellekt\u00fcel sorunu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fi \u00f6\u011freticilik olan ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 standard i\u015f y\u00fcklerinin has\u0131l\u0131 olarak, zamanla akademik unvan kazanan ki\u015filerin entellekt\u00fcel olma gibi bir arzular\u0131 ve\/ya \u201cAcaba, ben entellekt\u00fcel miyim?\u201d veya \u201cBen entellekt\u00fcel olmal\u0131 m\u0131y\u0131m?\u201d ya da \u201cBir entellekt\u00fcel olarak kendime, kurumuma toplumuma ve k\u00fcresel topluma kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011fum nedir? vb. t\u00fcr\u00fcnden bir dizi soruyu g\u00fcndeme getirmedi\u011fi de gayet a\u00e7\u0131k se\u00e7ik ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0131rak\u0131n bilimsel, felsefi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 h\u00e2l, tav\u0131r, davran\u0131\u015f, konu\u015fma vb. g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famda \u2018kendini ortaya koyma\u2019 bi\u00e7imlerinde dahi \u00f6tekilerden anlaml\u0131 bir farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve duru\u015fu sergilemeyen ki\u015fileri, \u2018fil kulesi\u2019ne konmu\u015f kabul etmek, onlara zul\u00fcm olsa gerek!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu c\u00fcmleleri sarf ederken ne lise, ne y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumunda yap\u0131lan \u00f6\u011freticilik i\u015fini k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcms\u00fcyor ne de kendilerini yukar\u0131da dile getirdi\u011fim \u015fekilde kendilerini tan\u0131mlayan ki\u015filerin toplumla ili\u015fkisizliker i\u00e7erisinde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6ylemek istedi\u011fim ve kan\u0131mca, M\u00fcnire Hoca\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011finde kaleme al\u0131nan eserle topluma verilmek istenen mesaj da, \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde, y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumunun ve bu kurumlarda yer alan \u2018\u00f6\u011fretici\u2019lerin, di\u011fer \u2018e\u011fitim\u2019 kurumlar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve sorumlulu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7evrelerden beklenen \u2018\u00e7aba\u2019, bireysel promosyonlarla ve maddi getirilerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fil aksine, di\u011fer temel ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz alanlarla ilintilidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bu alanlar, akademik ve bilimsel kurumun talep etti\u011fi ve evrensellik boyutlar\u0131yla da an\u0131lan olgular\u0131n, yani yeniden \u00f6\u011frenmenin, ele\u015ftirel tutum geli\u015ftirmenin, bilgi \u00fcretiminde masa ba\u015f\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k de\u011fil, sahada-toplumun ilgili kesimleriyle birlikte olarak bilgili \u015fekillendirmenin, alternatif s\u00f6ylemler pe\u015finde olman\u0131n, toplumun maddi ve sosyal, fikri sorunlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri sunman\u0131n vb. bireysel ve kurumsal ya\u015famda ortaya konulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ve benzeri sorumluluklar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7ler, ilgili mikro toplumsal yap\u0131dan ba\u015flayarak k\u00fcresel ba\u011flamda makro topluma de\u011fin uzanan, uzanmas\u0131 gereken s\u00fcre\u00e7lere m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca katk\u0131 yapmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumun farkl\u0131 kesimlerinin i\u00e7inde debelenip durduklar\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 eden ve g\u00f6rmezden gelen; mevcut sorunlar\u0131 anlamaya, tart\u0131\u015fmaya ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme yana\u015fmayan \u00e7evrelerin y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011fretim kurumu mensubu olmalar\u0131n\u0131n gayet sorunlu\u011fu oldu\u011fu ortadad\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar ve ulus-devlet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fum durumu izah ederken kan\u0131mca, ayn\u0131 tecr\u00fcbeye sahip Hoca arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, akademisyenlerin, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n benzer bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce e\u011filimi i\u00e7erisinde girebileceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmem yanl\u0131\u015f olmasa gerek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ve benzeri konular\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirirken \u0131srarla ve kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak, \u2018M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Toplumlar\u2019 ifadesini kullan\u0131yorum.
