belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve bu anlamda, kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc nitelikler ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 do\u011fald\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00f6ken: \u00e7ok etniklilik ve \u00e7ok dinlilik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malezya\u2019da toplumsal birlik olgusunun, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00fcndeme gelen sosyolojik bir konu oldu\u011fu bilinir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malay Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019ndaki Malay toplumlar, ba\u015fta Sumatra ve Cava Adalar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere Tak\u0131madalar co\u011frafyas\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan g\u00f6\u00e7ler, bu s\u00fcrece eklemlenen \u00c7in ve Hindistan k\u00f6kenlilerin zamanla \u00f6zellikle, Bat\u0131 Malaya sahil \u015feridindeki varl\u0131klar\u0131 modern Malezya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00f6rece yak\u0131n tarihinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumsal miras olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 hak eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n elde edildi\u011fi 1957 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda \u0131rk, dil, din farkl\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n, her daim siyasal arenada ba\u015fat unsurlar olarak ortaya konulmas\u0131 ve bunun \u00fczerinden siyaset yapma bi\u00e7imine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 bir ulus devlet olma \u00e7abas\u0131nda birli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme konusunda da ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konuda, faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u00e7e\u015fitli sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 dikkate almak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zenginlik ve sorun kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genellikle, \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc, \u00e7ok dinli, \u00e7ok \u0131rkl\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fcyle an\u0131lan Malezya\u2019da, var olan toplumsal yap\u0131da k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ve zenginli\u011fi ortaya koyan bu \u2018\u00e7oklu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve toplumsal yap\u0131lardan\u2019 ne\u015fet eden sorunlar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelinmesinde, -olumlu bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fle hareket etti\u011fimizde, siyasal sistemin kurallar\u0131 ve de\u011ferleri kadar, bu ilgili geni\u015f toplum kesimini te\u015fkil eden ve ba\u015fl\u0131ca Malaylar\u0131n, \u00c7inlilerin ve Hintlilerin te\u015fkil etti\u011fi, -ancak, bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, irili ufakl\u0131 di\u011fer kesimlerinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131- ve kendi toplumsal zeminlerinde olu\u015fturduklar\u0131 sivil Sivil toplum ve birlik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sivil olu\u015fumlar, dini-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel-e\u011fitim vb. alanlarda, sivil toplum yap\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131yla toplumun ilgili kesimleri kadar, t\u00fcm etnik farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmek suretiyle, \u2018Malezyal\u0131l\u0131k\u2019 olgusunu ye\u015fertmeye ve devam ettirmeye hizmet ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve bu anlamda, bu sivil olu\u015fumlar\u0131n toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikte ayr\u0131 bir anlamlar\u0131 bulundu\u011funa ku\u015fku yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn, bunlardan birinin tertip etti\u011fi resim sergisine kat\u0131lma imk\u00e2n\u0131 buldum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malezya \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde, modern bir mek\u00e2nda, Publika\u2019da \u2018Segaris Sanat Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen etkinli\u011fin, pek \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6\u011fretici oldu\u011funa ku\u015fku yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arshad Ayub Vakf\u0131 (<em>Yayasan Arshad Ayub<\/em>) taraf\u0131ndan organize edilen, \u2018<em>Malaysiana<\/em>\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 resim sergisinin, birden fazla hedefi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, resim sergisine kat\u0131lan, ya\u015flar\u0131 20 il\u00e2 84 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen toplam 52 sanat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n toplam 103 par\u00e7a resminin kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sergide yer alan eserler, Malezya\u2019n\u0131n farkl\u0131 co\u011frafyalar\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc mimari, k\u0131r, \u015fehir, din vb unsurlar\u0131 ile baz\u0131 soyut tasar\u0131mlar\u0131, sanat\u0131n yeniden in\u015fac\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemleriyle g\u00fcndeme getiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum, sergide eserleriyle yer alan sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n etnik ve dini kimliklerinin farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek bir t\u00fcr birliktelik ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, sergilenen eserlerin sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde edilecek gelirin vakf\u0131n, e\u011fitim alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 somut bir \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 olarak g\u00fcndeme gelirken, kan\u0131mca burada olu\u015fan maddi ve niceliksel getiriden ziyade, vakf\u0131n ortaya koydu\u011fu toplumsal bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 gayet \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6rnek olarak de\u011ferlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, e\u011fitim alan\u0131ndaki faaliyetleriyle tan\u0131nan \u2018Arshad Ayub Vakf\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, g\u00fcc\u00fc nisbetinde, \u0131rk ve din fark\u0131na bakmaks\u0131z\u0131n, \u00fclkedeki t\u00fcm kesimlerin gen\u00e7 nesillerine sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitim deste\u011fi, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Malezya toplumunda, \u00e7oklu anlam olu\u015fturman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olarak de\u011ferlendirilmeyi hak ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad\u0131na vak\u0131f te\u015fkil edilen Arshad Ayub, 1928 il\u00e2 2022 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ya\u015fam s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc e\u011fitim davas\u0131na adam\u0131\u015f isimlerden biri olarak biliniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018\u0130nsan sermayesi\u2019 ve ikinci \u015fans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merhum Arshad Ayub\u2019un 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurdu\u011fu vak\u0131f, o g\u00fcnden bu yana, \u00fclkede \u201cinsan sermayesinin geli\u015fimi\u201dne odaklanm\u0131\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etkinli\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan, eski hedefleyen vak\u0131f, bu \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131, kurucusunun ortaya koyup geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u2018ikinci bir \u015fans\u2019 olgusu olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u2018ikinci \u015fans\u0131n\u2019 e\u011fitimle olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen merhum Arshad Ayub, b\u00f6ylece ilgili bireylerin ve toplum kesimlerinin toplumda kendilerine hak ettikleri yeri edinebileceklerine inanm\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, hayat\u0131n do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kendilerini toplumun alt tabakas\u0131nda bulan kesimlerin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini, dini-etnik farka bakmaks\u0131z\u0131n, \u00f6n a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla yap\u0131land\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vak\u0131f, yukar\u0131da de\u011finilen sanat etkinli\u011finin ilkini 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f.
