Mekke\u2019den ba\u015flayan ve Medine\u2019de sona eren g\u00f6\u00e7 hadisesi sonras\u0131nda, kendinde bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu in\u015fas\u0131yla birlikte, farkl\u0131 insan toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin birbirleriyle etkile\u015fiminde sergilenen geli\u015fme seyridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun ilk n\u00fcveleri bizatihi, farkl\u0131 din-toplumsal gruplar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Medine toplumsal yap\u0131s\u0131nda micro d\u00fczeyde ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, ilerleyen y\u00fczy\u0131llarda, bu etkile\u015fim b\u00f6lgeler ve okyanuslar \u00f6tesi boyutlara ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, bir vahiy dini (<em>revealed religion<\/em>) olarak \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n, insan toplumlar\u0131na sundu\u011fu mesaj, bu mesaj\u0131n kabul\u00fc, anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu mesaj \u00fczerinden, bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyet evrenin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, insanl\u0131k ad\u0131na gayet \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fmedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toplumlar\u0131n tarihselle\u015fmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha \u00f6nceki bir yaz\u0131mda dile getirdi\u011fim \u00fczere, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde ya\u015fam s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f ve bug\u00fcn ya\u015fam s\u00fcrmekte olan insan toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n, kendi din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr evrenleri i\u00e7erisinde benimseyip geli\u015ftirdikleri takvim, zaman\u0131 salt bir say\u0131sal s\u0131n\u0131rlarla anlama \u00e7abas\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve \u00f6tesinde, s\u00f6z konusu takvimlerin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirilen, bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyet ba\u011flam\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek yanl\u0131\u015f olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani, zaman\u0131n tek d\u00fcze, lineer bir ilerleyi\u015fi zann\u0131na ra\u011fmen, asl\u0131nda ilgili k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyet \u00e7evrelerinin bu zaman \u00fczerinden kendilerini yeniden ve yeniden in\u015falar\u0131 (<em>recursive construction<\/em>) g\u00fcndeme gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi olu\u015fumlar\u0131n ad\u0131na bizatihi, \u2018tarihi geli\u015fmeler\u2019 denilmesinin de tesad\u00fcfi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2rd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse, zaman\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en ve bu anlamda, insan faaliyetlerinin diyelim ki, tar\u0131m, denizcilik, ticaret vb. \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u00fcre\u00e7lere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilmesinin takvimler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla olmas\u0131, toplumlar\u0131n tarihselle\u015fmesi anlam\u0131na da gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) ve insanl\u0131k<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n da nasipdarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.v.) Mekke\u2019den Medine\u2019ye g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcne tekab\u00fcl eden s\u00fcre\u00e7 ve bunun do\u011furdu\u011fu yap\u0131la\u015fma sadece d\u00f6nemin Arap toplumu ve sadece tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7te M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015fan toplumlar ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksine, 1445 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flayan yap\u0131la\u015fma, fark\u0131nda olunsun veya olunmas\u0131n, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7ine alan bir boyuta sahiptir. Ve bu \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle, Hicri yeni y\u0131l veya bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle Hicri takvim, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilgilendiren \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.v.) \u015fahs\u0131ndan hareketle, bu tarihsel devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek gerekti\u011finde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za, \u2018Alemlere Rahmet Olarak G\u00f6nderilen\u2019 (<em>Rahmat\u2019al li\u2019l alamin<\/em>) kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kavram\u0131n, birden fazla boyutu oldu\u011funu unutmadan, en az\u0131ndan Hicri y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirmek gerekti\u011finde, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.v.) varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, salt M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bireyler ve toplumlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aksine, t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7ine ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hicret ve d\u00fczen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bir din olarak Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019ndan ba\u015flayan ser\u00fcveni, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.v.)
