ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, \u00fc\u00e7 temel \u00fclkesinden biri olan Endonezya, -di\u011ferleri Bruney ve Malezya-, modern siyasal tarihinin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k \u00f6ncesi s\u00fcrecin uzant\u0131lar\u0131 olan geli\u015fmelerin do\u011furdu\u011fu \u2018sanc\u0131larla\u2019 ge\u00e7irmi\u015f bir \u00fclkedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmet ad\u0131na, \u2018sanc\u0131\u2019 olarak an\u0131lmay\u0131 hak eden geli\u015fmelerden biri, A\u00e7e\u2019de 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve 2005 y\u0131l\u0131 15 A\u011fustos\u2019unda var\u0131lan bar\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131yla tarih olan \u2018A\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi, -ki bunu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k olarak anlamak gerekir- tam da, s\u00f6z konusu Endonezya ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ncesi s\u00fcre\u00e7te, A\u00e7e siyaseti ve toplumu ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 geli\u015fmelerin bir izd\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc olarak g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hareketin kurucusu Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun vefat\u0131n\u0131n 16. y\u0131l\u0131 olan bug\u00fcn, k\u0131saca bu hususa de\u011finece\u011fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasan di Tiro\u2019nin bizatihi bireysel ya\u015fam\u0131 hem, A\u00e7e tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde, hem de, modern Endonezya devletinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ilk evrelerine dair yap\u0131la\u015fmalardaki rol\u00fc ile bize, baz\u0131 hususlar\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmada yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sondan ba\u015flayay\u0131m&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun, 3 Haziran 2010 tarihinde vefat\u0131ndan bir g\u00fcn \u00f6nce Endonezya vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yeniden kabul edilmesinin, teknik ve resmi bir ifadesi olarak vatanda\u015fl\u0131k belgesini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum, bize sadece bir birey olarak Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun, Endonezya resmi ve merkezi y\u00f6netimi nezdinde nas\u0131l alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve neye tekab\u00fcl etti\u011fini de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ona ve onun ba\u015f\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu harekete ve benzeri siyasi liderlere ve onlar\u0131n hareketlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 olanlar\u0131n, uzun yirminci y\u00fczy\u0131lda Endonezya merkezi y\u00f6netimi nezdinde, ne anlam ifade ettikleriyle de yak\u0131ndan ilintilidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ba\u011flamda, vatanda\u015fl\u0131k, siyasal ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k, aidiyet gibi olgular\u0131n yerini zamanla i\u00e7inde, siyasal ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k, aidiyetsizlik ve kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f gibi yakla\u015f\u0131m ve s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya g\u00f6nderme yap\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00f6ylemde, bir tarafgirlik aramak yerine, bir sosyal bilimci hassasiyetiyle hareket ederek, \u201cAcaba, b\u00f6ylesi bir s\u00fcrece neler yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r?\u201d vb. di\u011fer ilintili sorular\u0131 ortaya koyarak cevap aramak gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulus devlet yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 teritoryal olarak Sabang\u2019dan Merauka\u2019ya kadar, bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse, Malaka Bo\u011faz\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bat\u0131 giri\u015finden, Papua New Guinea\u2019ya kadar uzanan geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada kurmu\u015f olan Endonezya merkezi h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin, b\u00f6ylesi bir geli\u015fmeye muhatap olmas\u0131nda, ne t\u00fcr bir akt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc oldu\u011fu meselesi, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, \u00f6rne\u011fimizde oldu\u011fu \u00fczere, A\u00e7e \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketi ile \u00f6ncesinde ve ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan di\u011fer benzeri hareketleri anlamak kadar \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu bu hareketin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 1970\u2019lerin ortas\u0131nda, Hasan di Tiro\u2019ya yan\u0131nda yer alan veya ona e\u015flik eden bireylerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, bir elin parmaklar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek siyasi elit olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, aradan ge\u00e7en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede, hareketin A\u00e7e toplumunu \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde etkisi alt\u0131na almas\u0131n\u0131n, s\u0131radan bir geli\u015fme olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde durulmaya de\u011fer bir konudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durum bize, Hasan di Tiro ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 veya ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131z, A\u00e7e toplumunun \u00e7e\u015fitli katmanlar\u0131nda yer alan, az\u0131msanmayacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bireylerin ve gruplar\u0131n kendilerini, A\u00e7e merkezli olarak tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fal ve tarihsel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 kabul etmek gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu c\u00fcmlede yer alan \u201cba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 ve ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131z\u201d ifadesi bize, Hasan di Tiro\u2019nun \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011fu siyasi harekete kat\u0131lanlar kadar kat\u0131lmayanlar\u0131n da oldu\u011funu ancak, ikinci grupta yer alanlar\u0131n kendilerini yine \u2018do\u011fal\u2019, tarihsel ve toplumsal ba\u011flamlar\u0131yla A\u00e7elilikle tan\u0131mlama gibi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergilediklerini ans\u0131t\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, s\u00f6z konusu bu hareketin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 1970\u2019lerin ortas\u0131nda, Hasan di Tiro\u2019ya e\u015flik edenlerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu siyasi elit olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 hak edenlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, A\u00e7e toplumunun \u00e7e\u015fitli katmanlar\u0131ndaki az\u0131msanmayacak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ki\u015finin kendilerini, A\u00e7e merkezli olarak tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fal ve tarihsel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 kabul etmek gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu durumu anlamland\u0131rabilmek i\u00e7in, iki temel hususa -\u00e7ok k\u0131saca-, do\u011frudan ve yak\u0131ndan bakmakta yarar var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlardan ilki A\u00e7e tarihi, ikincisi modern Endonezya devletinin kurulu\u015fu s\u00fcrecidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nceki y\u00fczy\u0131llar bir yana, 19 y\u00fczy\u0131l boyunca A\u00e7e devletinin gerek b\u00f6lgesinde yani, Sumatra ve Malaka Bo\u011faz\u0131 \u00e7evresinde oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol gerekse, t\u00fcm geli\u015fmeleriyle uluslararas\u0131 boyutta ele al\u0131nan s\u00fcre\u00e7ler, A\u00e7e siyasal ve toplumsal aidiyetinin geli\u015fmesi ve peki\u015fmesinde rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00e7elilik \u00f6zelinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00f6z konusu bu kendinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc siyasal ve toplumsal aidiyetin, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Endonezya devletinin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde ki, \u00f6zellikle de, 1945-1949 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesinde teritoryal ve siyasal me\u015fruiyetin yeg\u00e2ne zeminini olu\u015fturmas\u0131yla tarihsel bir tekerr\u00fcr olgusu kadar, A\u00e7e\u2019nin daha geni\u015f bir co\u011frafi ve siyasal yap\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kendini belirgin k\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc teritoryal, siyasal ve toplumsal aidiyetin zaman zaman kendine d\u00f6nme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131n
