1924\u2019de vefat\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan y\u00fcz y\u0131l ge\u00e7ti&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lenin\u2019in vefat\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc adad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Marxizm \u00f6\u011fretisini prati\u011fe ge\u00e7irmesinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 beklenmedik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sarsan 1917 devriminden yedi y\u0131l sonra ger\u00e7eklemesi, akla devrimin yar\u0131da kal\u0131p kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 akla getirse de, Bat\u0131 kendi i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kan ideolojiler \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015f\u00fcphe yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu y\u00fcz\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l, Bat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 tarihi bir milat oldu\u011fu gibi, bu geli\u015fme, Bat\u0131 medeniyeti i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fanan tarihsel ideolojik hesapla\u015fman\u0131n yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi anlam\u0131 da ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, bir yandan kapitalizm ve \u00f6te yandan kom\u00fcnizm birbirine rakip eko-politik sistemler olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karken, bu tarihi ideolojikle\u015fme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle, 14. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan itibaren ba\u015flayan toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fimler ve bunlar\u0131n tetikledi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemleri, gizli a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmatta oldu\u011funu haber veriyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katolikli\u011fin hakimiyetinin, yerini Protestanl\u0131kla \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llar, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, ayn\u0131 zamanda Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da \u015fehirler ba\u011flam\u0131nda, yeni toplumsal s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n da kendilerini ortaya koydu\u011fu d\u00f6neme tekab\u00fcl eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kavramlar yani, \u015fehirle\u015fme, yeni s\u0131n\u0131flar, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yenile\u015fmesi, sermaye ve \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ile sermayenin -ki, bu ikisi birbirini boyutlar\u0131yla yeni bir toplumsal s\u00fcrece i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6yle ki, bu de\u011fi\u015fimin atardamar\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fcnde olan yeni s\u0131n\u0131f olgusu, kendini belirgin k\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, tar\u0131msal ekonominin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcndeki ticaret kapitalizminde (<em>mercantalist capitalism<\/em>) pek hissedilmeyen \u2018\u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u2019 kesimi, \u015fehirle\u015fme ve end\u00fcstrile\u015fme ile birlikte yeni s\u0131n\u0131flar \u00f6zellikle de, \u2018\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u0131n\u0131f\u2019 \/ i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 (<em>labor class<\/em>) ile toplumsal ve de siyasal g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6yle ki, k\u0131rsalda kendine yeter konumdaki bireyler atomize olurken, bir yandan da onlar\u0131 biraraya getirecek yeni mekanizmalar belirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u0131n\u0131f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, hi\u00e7 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksine, Adam Smith gibi liberal ideolojinin \u00f6nc\u00fclerinin a\u00e7\u0131ky\u00fcreklilikle ortaya koyduklar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu bu dikotomi, Marx\u2019\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminde evrilerek yeni bir ideolojik zemin buldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Devrim, ama nerede?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1848 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki Paris Kom\u00fcni tecr\u00fcbesinde ya\u015fanan ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, devrimi -Marx ve Engels\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve beklentilerini yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 nedeniyle Almanya<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> ya da \u0130ngiltere\u2019den umanlar\u0131 belki de \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtan geli\u015fme Ekim 1917 s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda, end\u00fcstrile\u015fmenin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olan Bat\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkeleriyle ne denli benze\u015fip benze\u015fmedi\u011fiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada, Manifesto\u2019da dile getirildi\u011fi \u00fczere \u201cMarxist ilkelerin prati\u011fe uygulanmas\u0131 tarihsel ko\u015fullara ba\u011fl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r\u201d,<a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n temelde Marx ve Engels\u2019in \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tarihsel ko\u015fullar ile Rusya\u2019da 1917\u2019deki tarihsel ko\u015fullar\u0131n ne denli \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011fini de tart\u0131\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte, nihayetinde farkl\u0131 tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ve tecr\u00fcbelerle de olsa, devrim Rusya\u2019dan ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lenin\u2019in vefat\u0131n\u0131n onun, dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 Karl Marx ve Friedrich Engels\u2019de bulan kom\u00fcnist ideolojinin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kta oldu\u011fu toplumsal yap\u0131lar i\u00e7in ne anlama geldi\u011finin de anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda, bir ara\u00e7 niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 medeniyenin \u00fcretti\u011fi ideolojiler, 18. y\u00fczy\u0131lda, felsefe ve sosyal bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u011flam\u0131nda ba\u015flayarak, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131lda zirvesine ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nce, sermaye olu\u015fumu ve liberal s\u00f6ylemlerle geni\u015fleyen ve kendine alan a\u00e7an kapitalizm ve onun zamanla \u00fcretti\u011fi kom\u00fcnizm, Bat\u0131 Avrupa ve Bat\u0131 medeniyetine ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 ilintili \u00fclkelerde, siyasi ve ideolojik hesapla\u015fmalarla ge\u00e7en uzun bir d\u00f6neme i\u015faret eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBu s\u00fcrecin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemi nerededir?\u201d sorusunu ciddiyetle sormak gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kendini bir yandan, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik ve \u00f6te yandan, Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma \u00e7emberinde bulan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n, Bat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminde olan biteni anlama konusunda kas\u0131tl\u0131, \u0131srarl\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7aba sergiledi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6z\u00fckm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik: kapitalizmin kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 medeniyeti, gerek kas\u0131tl\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7li gerekse tarihsel \u015fartlar\u0131n ve \u015fanslar\u0131n eseri olarak \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kan f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken, hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yok ki, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik -ki, bununla halk\u0131n\u0131n kahir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu co\u011frafyalardaki geli\u015fmeleri kastediyorum-, bu s\u00fcrecin gayet \u00f6nemli kilometre ta\u015flar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturuyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, ayn\u0131 zamanda sermayenin nas\u0131l te\u015fekk\u00fcl s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011finden teritoryal s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015fi g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anlama, ke\u015ffetme, ara\u015ft\u0131rma olgular\u0131na yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n insan yo\u011funlu\u011fu, co\u011frafi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131k gibi fakt\u00f6rlerin de tetikledi\u011fi s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, sadece denizcileri, t\u00fcccarlar\u0131 ve zamanla askerleri s\u00f6m\u00fcrge topraklar\u0131na sevk etmekle kalmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, ayn\u0131 zamanda Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da ne\u015fet eden ideolojilerin de, s\u00f6m\u00fcrge h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ve bunlar\u0131n siyasal sistemlerinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019 topraklar\u0131n halklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde birer y\u00f6netim ayg\u0131t\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapital yani, sermayenin olu\u015fmas\u0131nda sadece al\u0131\u015f veri\u015f de\u011fil, s\u00f6z konusu bu al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fi belirli kurallar dizgesine ba\u011flayan, ilgili M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131 -liderleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla- belirli anla\u015fmalarla kendine entegre eden ve bu s\u00fcreci kendi tekeline alan Bat\u0131 Avrupa s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci yap\u0131lar\u0131, sistemik bir yap\u0131ya ula\u015fmalar\u0131yla egemenli\u011fin sadece silahla ve toprak sahipli\u011fiyle olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kan\u0131tlad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, ticaretten elde edilen k\u00e2rlar, Bat\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 destekledi ve art\u0131rd\u0131&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bu m\u00fcracaat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 kapitalizminin temelleri olan mal ve sermayenin ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mek\u00e2nlar\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 topraklar olmas\u0131 gayet manidard\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da olu\u015fan sermaye, s\u0131n\u0131f yap\u0131s\u0131, \u00fcretim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 kontrol\u00fc ve ilintili ba\u011flamlar ile bunlar\u0131n siyasal bir sisteme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin ard\u0131ndan ordaya \u00e7\u0131kan kom\u00fcnizm, \u00e7ok\u00e7a Bat\u0131l\u0131 bireyler, g\u00f6rece daha az olmak \u00fczere yerli entellekt\u00fcellerce s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirilmi\u015f topraklara ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrecin \u00f6zellikle, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l sonu ve 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nelim, bize s\u00f6m\u00fcrge topraklar\u0131nda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci ideolojinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ara\u00e7lar\u0131na m\u00fcracaatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman topraklar\u0131n kapitalizmin alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil ederken, ayn\u0131 zamanda ilerleyen d\u00f6nemde, olu\u015fan kapitalist sistemi ve bunun g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr temsilcisi ve arac\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci y\u00f6netimlere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermede ba\u015fvurulan mekanizmalardan birinin kom\u00fcnizm ve bu ideolojiye referanslarda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kan kavramlar ve kurumlar olmas\u0131na \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmamak gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nihayetinde, ortada Bat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin \u00fcretti\u011fi iki temel ideolojinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fccadesine
