So\u011fuk Sava\u015f y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi \u00f6zellikler dikkate al\u0131narak, d\u00fcnya ve b\u00f6lge siyasetine hakim olan g\u00fc\u00e7lerin iradesiyle -ki bu irade, \u0130ngiltere Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131 parlamentosunda kabul edilen \u20181963 Malezya Yasas\u0131\u2019yla ortaya kondu- ve de buna, bu co\u011frafyayla tarihsel ve antropolojik \u00f6zelliklere sahip oldu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen Singapur Adas\u0131 ile Borneo Adas\u0131\u2019ndaki Sabah\u2013Sarawak\u2019\u0131n 1963 y\u0131l\u0131 16 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcnde birle\u015fmesiyle Malezya Federasyonu hayata ge\u00e7irildi. B\u00f6ylece \u2018Malayal\u0131l\u0131ktan Malezyal\u0131l\u0131\u011fa\u2019 ge\u00e7i\u015f kadar, sadece Malay Yar\u0131madas\u0131\u2019ndaki kahir ekseriyetini Malaylar-\u00c7inliler-Hintliler-Pakistanl\u0131lar-Sri Lankal\u0131lar vb. k\u00f6kenliler de\u011fil, Singapur \u00c7inlileri-Malaylar\u0131 ve Hintlileriyle, Borneo Adas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n aralar\u0131nda Iban, Bidayuh, Melanau, Tagal\u2019\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bir d\u00fczineyi a\u015fk\u0131n etnik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n da i\u00e7inde yer alaca\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f bir \u2018birlik\u2019 do\u011fmu\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bu nedenle iki farkl\u0131 tarihde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u2018birlik\u2019 nedeniyle, do\u011fal olarak iki farkl\u0131 \u201culusal g\u00fcn\u201d kutlan\u0131yor. Ancak d\u00fcnk\u00fc \u2018kutlamalar\u2019 ve \u2018g\u00f6sterilerde de\u2019 tan\u0131k olundu\u011fu \u00fczere, 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ruhunun olu\u015fturu\u011fu bu birli\u011fin avantajlar\u0131 kadar dezavantajlar\u0131yla da y\u00fczle\u015fme devam ediyor. D\u00fcnk\u00fc resmi kutlamalar, genel temay\u00fcl gere\u011fi Ba\u015fbakan Necib bin Razak ve Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Ahmad Zahidi Hamid\u2019in kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla\u00a0 Sabah Eyaleti ba\u015fkenti Kota Kinabalu\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, ba\u015fkent Kuala Lumpur ise, \u2018birlik ruhunu\u2019 ne kadar yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a sorunlu olan bir g\u00f6steriye sahne oldu. Bu sefer sahnede, \u2018adil se\u00e7im\u2019, \u2018temiz y\u00f6netim\u2019 vb. \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larla meydanlar\u0131 dolduran her \u00e7evreden muhalefet gruplar\u0131 yoktu. Temel \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 29-30 A\u011fustos g\u00fcnlerinde d\u00fczenlenen \u2018Bersih\u2019 g\u00f6sterileri olu\u015fturuyordu. Bersih ba\u011flam\u0131nda ortada bir \u2018tahrik\u2019 oldu\u011fu, Malay liderlere dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Malay \u0131rk\u0131na hakaret edildi\u011fi arg\u00fcman\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde i\u015fleniyor ve \u00c7inlilere haddini bildirilmesi gerekti\u011fi yollu bir tehdit de ard\u0131ndan geliyordu. Bu tehdidin bir y\u00f6n\u00fcnde, g\u00f6sterinin \u00c7inlilere ait i\u015fyerlerinin \u00e7o\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu Low Yat Al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi\u2019nin de bulundu\u011fu Bukit Bintang\u2019da yap\u0131lma iste\u011fiydi. Ancak tam da burada bir ayr\u0131ma gidilerek, \u2018Bersih\u2019in t\u00fcm etnik yap\u0131lar\u0131n destek verdi\u011fi haklar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bir eylem de\u011fil, \u00c7inlilerin Malaylar\u0131 rencide etme giri\u015fimi olarak alg\u0131lanmas\u0131yd\u0131. Alg\u0131 b\u00f6yle olunca, ister istemez K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Ti\u015f\u00f6rtl\u00fcler organizat\u00f6rlerinin eylem il\u00e2n\u0131yla birlikte ak\u0131llara 13 May\u0131s 1969 d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131!<\/p>\n<p>Ciddi bir g\u00fcvenlik sorunu do\u011fdu\u011funa ku\u015fku yok. Emniyet g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin Low Yat\u2019 b\u00f6lgesine izin vermezken, g\u00f6steri i\u00e7in Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k Meydan\u0131 yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki Padang Merbok\u2019a i\u015faret ediyordu. Burada aralar\u0131nda UMNO\u2019nun \u00f6nde gelen isimlerinin de aktif olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalarda dayanak noktas\u0131, \u2018Malay \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131\u2019 ve \u2018\u0130slamiyet\u2019 olmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekiyordu. Tabii temelde hedef \u00c7inlilerdi. Bunun somut g\u00f6stergesi ise, konu\u015fmalar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6stericilerin, \u00c7in Mahallesi olarak bilinen Petaling Caddesi\u2019ye do\u011fru y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fe ge\u00e7meleri olu\u015fturdu. Polis olabilecekleri iyi hesap ederek, tazyikli su kullanmak suretiyle g\u00f6stericilerin bu semte girmesine izin vermedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Ti\u015f\u00f6rtl\u00fcler\u2019 g\u00f6sterisinde ilgin\u00e7 olan husus, \u2018birlik\u2019 olgusuyla beraber an\u0131lan \u2018Ulusal g\u00fcn\u2019de Malezya ulusunun yar\u0131dan biraz fazlas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan Malay \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 gibi bir arg\u00fcmanla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Malaka eski valisi R\u00fcstem Ali\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cMalezya Ulusal D\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f Sanatlar\u0131 Federasyonu\u201d (PESAKA) \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131na binlerce Malay icabet etti. Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131, Malay etnik temelli y\u00fczlerce sivil toplum derneklerinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na tekab\u00fcl ediyordu. Her ne kadar bu dernek isminde \u201cMalezya\u201d kelimesi ge\u00e7se de, burada vurgu \u201cMalay\u201d geleneksel d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f sanat\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. Hemen burada \u015fu soruyu sormak laz\u0131m: \u201cMalaka gibi \u00c7in n\u00fcfusunun yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu ve uzun y\u0131llar bu tarihi \u015fehre \u00f6nemli hizmetlerde bulunmu\u015f olan bir Vali\u2019nin 2013 se\u00e7imlerinde kaybetmesinin ard\u0131ndan \u201cyo\u011fun bir Malay tonuna\u201d sahip bir kuruma ni\u00e7in ba\u015fkan oldu?\u201d Asl\u0131nda cevap da sorunun i\u00e7inde. Verdi\u011fi onca hizmete ra\u011fmen, se\u00e7imlerde \u00c7in se\u00e7men taraf\u0131ndan \u2018al a\u015fa\u011f\u0131\u2019 edildi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kanaat sahibi olan Rustam Ali, \u00f6yle g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor ki, solu\u011fu Pesaka\u2019da ald\u0131. Bu hususu s\u0131radan bir vak\u0131a olarak hat\u0131rlatm\u0131yorum. Aksine, gerek baz\u0131 \u00f6nceki geli\u015fmeler gerekse bu son g\u00f6sterinin temel hedeflerinin 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 se\u00e7im sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ve akabinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan baz\u0131 geli\u015fmelere endeksli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etmek istiyorum.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 d\u00fcn, iktidar \u00e7evrelerinin a\u00e7\u0131k\/gizli destek verdi\u011fi ve kendilerini \u2018Malay \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n\u2019 temsilcisi mesabesinde g\u00f6ren bir organizasyon \u00f6nderli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u2018Malay birli\u011fi\u2019 hedefli bir toplumsal eylem ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00d6nce izin verilmeyen ard\u0131ndan \u2018tamam, ancak \u015fu \u015fartlarda yap\u0131n\u2019 denilen eyleme H\u00fck\u00fcmet \u00e7evrelerinin verdi\u011fi deste\u011fi \u2018a\u015fik\u00e2r\u2019 k\u0131lan hususun en ba\u015f\u0131nda, Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n d\u00fcn ak\u015fam saatlerinde Kota Kinabalu\u2019da kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kutlamalara gelen binlerce ki\u015finin \u2018k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 ti\u015f\u00f6rt\u2019 giymesi oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir mi? Yoksa ortada sadece k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 sevgisi olan ki\u015filerin tesad\u00fcfi bir bulu\u015fmas\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r diye de sorulabilir. Ge\u00e7en hafta Ba\u015fbakan Necib bin Razak\u2019\u0131n \u201cbiz bu g\u00f6steriyi desteklemiyoruz\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131ndan sadece birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn sonra, Malezya Ulusal Birle\u015fik Federasyonu (UMNO)\u2019nu logolu ve imzal\u0131 dilek\u00e7elerle partinin t\u00fcm birimlerine g\u00f6nderilen mektupla \u2018K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Ti\u015f\u00f6rtl\u00fcler\u2019 g\u00f6sterisine kat\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 da kayda de\u011fer bir \u00e7eli\u015fkiydi. \u00c7eli\u015fki silsilesi bununla da bitmiyor. Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revinden al\u0131nan UMNO Genel Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Muhyiddin Yasin, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarla bu g\u00f6sterinin Malay \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131 temsil etmedi\u011fi gibi, ulusal birlik ruhuna zarar da verici bir y\u00f6n\u00fc oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekiyordu. \u00dcst\u00fcne \u00fcstl\u00fck, ulusal g\u00fcn\u2019de bu g\u00f6steriyi d\u00fczenleyenleri \u2018\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131\u2019 olmakla su\u00e7layan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p>Malezya\u2019daki geli\u015fmeleri bir \u015fekilde izleyenler, tabii ki benzer bir tepkinin Dr. Mahathir Muhammed taraf\u0131ndan da g\u00fcndeme getirildi\u011fini tahmin edeceklerdir. \u2018K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Ti\u015f\u00f6rtl\u00fcler\u2019 de \u201cSen de Malay m\u0131s\u0131n!\u201d tarz\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a na-ho\u015f bir cevap verdiler. Bu silsileye \u201cMalay\u201d eski bakan ve b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131n da i\u015ftirak etmesi, ortada sadece mevcut \u2018\u0131rklar\u2019 aras\u0131 bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan de\u011fil, aksine \u00f6zellikle de \u2018Malay \u0131rk\u0131\u2019 i\u00e7erisinde epeyce k\u0131r\u0131lgan noktalarda s\u00fcren bir m\u00fccadelenin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendini ortaya koyuyor. Burada \u201ciktidar\u201d ve \u201cmuhalefet\u201d olgular\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir ayr\u0131\u015fma ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ruhunun giderek azd\u0131\/r\u0131ld\u0131\/\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te en cesurane a\u00e7\u0131klaman\u0131n ise Malay bir eski diplomat Nur Farida Ariffin\u2019den geldi. Nur, \u00fcst \u00fcste yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Ti\u015f\u00f6rtl\u00fcler\u2019in Malaylar\u0131 temsil etmedi\u011fini, bu grubun birilerince \u2018sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f\u2019 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken; ard\u0131ndan iktidar\u0131 hedef g\u00f6sterecek \u015fekilde son iki se\u00e7imlerde kaybedilen oylara at\u0131fta bulunuyordu.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6steri \u00f6ncesinde ve s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ve konu\u015fmalarda, Malezya toplumunda ya\u015fanmakta olan sosyo-politik \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n Malay-\u00c7inli temelli olmakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, \u2018\u00fcmmeti\u2019 ilgilendiren bir boyutu var. O da, gerek kanunen gerekse toplumsal bir bask\u0131 arac\u0131 olarak, Malaylar\u0131n \u0130slamiyetle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftirilmelerinden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Bir aidiyet ve toplumsal ger\u00e7eklik olarak bunda yads\u0131nacak bir y\u00f6n yok a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131. Ancak belli eller marifetiyle, \u00c7inli az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015fat oldu\u011funa ku\u015fku olmayan toplumsal eylemlerle, Malay liderleri ve halk\u0131n\u0131n hedef al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair ele\u015ftirilerin mahir bir \u015fekilde \u0130slamiyete yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi g\u00f6sterilmesi, \u00fclkede M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olsun olmas\u0131n di\u011fer etnik yap\u0131lar \u00fczerinde \u0130slamiyete y\u00f6nelik negatif bir alg\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na dolayl\u0131 bir i\u015flevsellik kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutuluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu noktada, Enver Musa gibi UMNO\u2019ya mensup kimi liderler d\u00fcnk\u00fc g\u00f6steride bunu s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a dile getirmekten geri kalmad\u0131lar. \u00dcst\u00fcne \u00fcstl\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131nan baz\u0131 panklardaki ifadelerin de tahrik boyutu y\u00fcksekti. Bu s\u00f6zl\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ve g\u00f6stergesel ara\u00e7lar\u0131n, pek \u00e7ok sorun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde tutulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir \u00e7aba olmak yerine, aksine ulusal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011fe \u00e7ok\u00e7a ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan bug\u00fcnlerde \u2018b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck\u2019 ruhunu daha da zedeleyici oldu\u011funa ku\u015fku yok.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa, g\u00f6sterinin do\u011frudan hedefi haline getirilen Halk\u0131n Eylem Partisi (DAP), p\u00fcr bir \u00c7in etnik partisi de\u011fil. Aksine, a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00c7inli etnik unsuru ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte, b\u00fcnyesinde Hint ve Malay k\u00f6kenli \u00fcyelerinin, hatta milletvekillerinin de oldu\u011fu dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu siyasi partinin \u00fclkedeki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n veya \u0130slamiyetin d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterilmesinin rasyonel bir taraf\u0131 bulunmuyor. Kald\u0131 ki, DAP\u2019\u0131n Halk\u0131n Adaleti Partisi ve d\u00fcne kadar Malezya \u0130slam Partisi\u2019yle (PAS) siyasi ittifak kurdu\u011fu, 2008 ve 2013 se\u00e7imlerine ittifakla girdikleri, t\u00fcm \u2018temiz toplum\u2019 g\u00f6sterilerine birlikte kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 da unutulmamal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu olduk\u00e7a \u2018derin\u2019 konunun bug\u00fcn\u00fcn meselesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, aksine ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k \u00f6ncesinden ne\u015fet eden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve de o denli sorunlu bir yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeliyim.
