{"id":2252,"date":"2018-01-22T11:48:24","date_gmt":"2018-01-22T11:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guneydoguasyacalismalari.com\/?p=2252"},"modified":"2018-01-22T11:48:24","modified_gmt":"2018-01-22T11:48:24","slug":"malezyada-islamlasmaya-dair-about-islamization-in-malaysia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guneydoguasyacalismalari.com\/en\/malezyada-islamlasmaya-dair-about-islamization-in-malaysia\/","title":{"rendered":"Malezya\u2019da \u201c\u0130slamla\u015fma\u201dya Dair \/ About \u201cIslamization\u201d in Malaysia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mehmet \u00d6zay 23.06.2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son birka\u00e7 haftada Malezya\u2019da \u0130slamla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine \u015f\u00f6ylesine de\u011finen, at\u0131fta bulunan biri yerli di\u011feri yabanc\u0131 iki gazete makalesine rast geldim. \u0130lki bir politikac\u0131 sosyologa, di\u011feri bir &#8216;sosyal aktivist&#8217;e ait olan yaz\u0131larda Malezya\u2019da \u0130slamla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine biri d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan di\u011feri i\u00e7eriden iki bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131yla ve de birbirine tam anlam\u0131yla tezat te\u015fkil etmesiyle \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n bir politikac\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n, \u2018bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fine\u2019 dair bir \u2018\u015f\u00fcpheyi\u2019 g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131yabilir ve bu bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n bizatihi anla\u015f\u0131labilir nedenleri de olabilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin davetli oldu\u011funuz \u00fclkenin i\u00e7 politika d\u00fcnyas\u0131na uygun s\u00f6zlerle bulundu\u011funuz ortam\u0131n dili ve y\u00f6nelimine siz de kendinizi kapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olabilirsiniz. Ya da en az\u0131ndan \u2018protokol\u2019 gere\u011fi bu s\u00f6zleri bile-isteye etmi\u015f de olabilirsiniz. Ancak \u00fczerinde durmak istedi\u011fim Dr. Mahathir Muhammed\u2019in \u00e7ocuklar\u0131ndan biri olan Marina Muhammed\u2019in yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marina, \u201cDemokrasi\u2019nin \u0130ll\u00fczyonlar\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 bir kitab\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131m program\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fi husus, \u00fclke siyasal ve toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131nda hakim bir \u2018\u00e7at\u0131\u015fmac\u0131\u2019 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn hakim oldu\u011funa vurgusudur. Ve -tabii bu kadar a\u00e7\u0131k ve net s\u00f6ylememekle birlikte- \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00fcreten bu siyasi ve toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n bizatihi bir \u2018\u00fcretim\u2019 oldu\u011fu ve bunun kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da epeyce bir s\u00fcredir \u00fclkede egemen siyasi yap\u0131n\u0131n politikalar\u0131nda yer verdi\u011fi \u2018\u0130slamla\u015fma\u2019ya ba\u011flamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marina\u2019n\u0131n b\u00f6ylesi bir yakla\u015f\u0131m ortaya koymas\u0131na neden olan hadise ise, Malezya\u2019n\u0131n eyaletlerinden biri olan Penang Adas\u0131\u2019nda, kamusal alanda bir erke\u011fin ba\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bir kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u2018\u015fiddet\u2019 i\u00e7erikli yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131. Erkek akt\u00f6r, kad\u0131na dinin nedir, k\u0131yafetin niye b\u00f6yledir gibisinden s\u00f6yleminin ard\u0131ndan \u2018tokat atmas\u0131\u2019, Marina\u2019n\u0131n Malezya toplumunda bir \u015fiddet \u00f6gesinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve bunun da iktidar ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 elinde tutanlarca s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen \u2018\u0130slamla\u015fma\u2019 politikalar\u0131ndan ne\u015fet etti\u011fini ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ancak bu eylemin, \u00f6rne\u011fin Penang\u2019de ge\u00e7en ve yukar\u0131da dikkat \u00e7ekilen hadiseye Malezya toplumu yerine, \u2018Malay toplumunda\u2019 \u015fiddet olarak de g\u00fcndeme getirmek olas\u0131&#8230; Malezya dendi\u011finde \u00fclkedeki farkl\u0131 etnik ve dini yap\u0131lar\u0131 hesaba katt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hat\u0131rlatal\u0131m. Malay dendi\u011finde ise belli bir etnik ve de \u201cy\u00fczde y\u00fcz\u201d M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir kitleye at\u0131f yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmayal\u0131m\u2026 Nihayetinde olaya konu olan akt\u00f6r ve nesnesi \u2018Malay kimli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan\u2019 iki ki\u015fi. \u00d6rne\u011fin akt\u00f6r Malay bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ve nesnesi diyelim ki bir \u00c7inli bayan olsa belki \u015fiddet olgusu \u00fczerinde farkl\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marina, bu tekil hadisenin \u00f6tesinde siyasi ve toplumsal ya\u015famdan baz\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri de g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bunlar\u0131 yaz\u0131da bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u2026 Burada dikkat \u00e7eken husus Marina\u2019n\u0131n, Penang\u2019daki vak\u0131an\u0131n \u2018politik g\u00fcc\u00fcn \u00fcretimi bir \u0130slamla\u015fman\u0131n sonucu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemekle kalmay\u0131p, ayn\u0131 zamanda bunun yeni bir t\u00fcr \u2018s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015fme\u2019 oldu\u011funu iddia etmesidir. Marina\u2019n\u0131n bu de\u011ferlendirmeleri, asl\u0131nda \u00fczerinde epeyce d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeyi hak ediyor. Bu anlamda, Malezya toplumunda uzun d\u00f6nemli politikalar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, bizi yine uzun erimli s\u00f6m\u00fcrge d\u00f6nemi \u00f6zne-nesne ili\u015fkilerine kadar geri g\u00f6t\u00fcrecek bir imk\u00e2n sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu husus \u015fimdilik bir yana, \u00f6zellikle de tan\u0131k oldu\u011fum kadar\u0131yla son on be\u015f y\u0131la varan bir s\u00fcrede Malezya\u2019da giderek artan bir toplumsal k\u0131r\u0131lma ve par\u00e7alanma s\u00f6ylemi kendini belirgin k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dclkede toplumsal ve siyasal ya\u015famda ortaya konulan performanslar\u0131n tatmin edici olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortada. Ve bunun bir ulus devlet oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131ndaki Malezya\u2019da farkl\u0131 dini, etnik yap\u0131lar aras\u0131nda \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furdu\u011fu ifade ediliyor. Bu s\u00f6ylemi dillerdiren ki\u015fi ve gruplar\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcman-Malay\u2019lar aras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Baz\u0131 akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar nedeniyle kendileriyle tan\u0131\u015fma ve sohbet etme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu\u011fum bu kitlenin \u0130slamiyetle ilgili bir sorununun bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, aksine yukar\u0131da dile getirilen \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131na temel olarak altm\u0131\u015f y\u0131ld\u0131r iktidarda bulunan siyasi yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi politikalar oldu\u011fudur. \u0130slamiyetle ilgili bir sorunlar\u0131 bulunmayan bu kitlenin e\u011fitim, aile, i\u015f gibi toplumsal s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederek, bug\u00fcn sahip olduklar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek ise pek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6z\u00fckm\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu ki\u015fi ve gruplar\u0131n \u0130slamiyetle ilgili bir sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ne olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde ele\u015ftirel bir tutum tak\u0131nmadan, bu kitlenin ge\u00e7mi\u015ften \u00f6rne\u011fin, \u00fclkenin kurucu babas\u0131 Tunku Abdul Rahman d\u00f6nemi politikalar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ektikleri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Tunku\u2019nun \u00fclkenin sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve dini yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131nda art\u0131k klasikle\u015fmi\u015f Malay-\u00c7in-Hintli \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fc aras\u0131nda bir \u2018ayr\u0131m\u2019 ve \u2018ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya\u2019 neden olacak politikalar \u00fcretmedi\u011fi konusu ba\u015fat bir s\u00f6ylem olarak ortadad\u0131r. Ancak ayn\u0131 Tunku Abdul Rahman d\u00f6nemindedir ki, \u2018Malaylar\u0131n mutsuzlu\u011fu\u2019 artarken, i\u015fin ucu anar\u015fizme kadar gitmi\u015ftir. Bu \u2018Malaylar\u0131n bu mutsuzlu\u011fu\u2019 nas\u0131l giderilir sorusuna verilebilecek cevaplar ise bizi bir ucun s\u00f6m\u00fcrge d\u00f6nemine, di\u011fer ucu 1970 ve sonras\u0131nda modern Malezya politikalar\u0131na dair epeyce bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecine girmemize neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marina\u2019n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131p konu\u015fma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Demokrasi\u2019nin \u0130ll\u00fczyonlar\u0131\u2019 adl\u0131 kitaptan hareketle \u00fclke siyasetinde ba\u015fat etkisi olan siyasi yap\u0131n\u0131n \u201c\u0130slamla\u015fma\u201d y\u00f6n\u00fcnde oldu\u011fu belirtilen politikalar\u0131na \u2018vurmak\u2019 yerine, \u00fclkede demokratikle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine dair neler olup bitti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemesi daha yerinde bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f olabilirdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Marina\u2019n\u0131n \u00fclkedeki \u0130slamla\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 at\u0131f kadar, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u2018y\u00f6netenlerin\u2019 s\u00f6ylemlerinin -en az\u0131ndan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn-, son d\u00f6nemde k\u00fcresel olarak isim yapan ter\u00f6r yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6ylemlerinden ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmada zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden c\u00fcmleleri de epeyce \u00fczerinde durulmay\u0131 hak ediyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu ba\u011flamda, Malezya toplumunda \u0130slamla\u015fma s\u00fcrecinin sivil kanad\u0131ndan \u00f6te, siyasi ve toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n neredeyse her alan\u0131na n\u00fcfuz eden ve bu anlamda etkinli\u011fi, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz bir siyaset yapma bi\u00e7imini g\u00fcndeme getiren \u2018\u0130slamla\u015fma\u2019n\u0131n \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde bir ba\u015fka \u00fclkede kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kabilecek sorunlar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kald\u0131 ki, 1990\u2019lardan itibaren g\u00fcndeme gelen ve k\u00fcresel ter\u00f6r ad\u0131yla an\u0131lan yap\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015fta M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131 olumsuz etkilemesi ve bu ter\u00f6r yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemi belirleyici eylemlerinin sadece Malezya M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, \u0130slam toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n sorunu oldu\u011funu dikkate almak gerekir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu anlamda, Marina Muhammed\u2019in \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n mikroskobik bir bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.
