This attempt considers the connection to Sungai Iyu partly aligned with the eco-political developments in the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. According to the argumentation of the current generation of the family, some individuals in the family became local rulers in Lam Kabeu and Sungai Iyu during the last century of the Sultanate of Aceh Darussalam. The relevant data, which sheds new light upon the traces of the Turkish existence in the region, has been acquired from various authentic written documents, oral information from various individuals including family members, and observations in field trips throughout the last decade. During the research, the author has put all his efforts to classify and comparatively examine the data from the various versions of relevant manuscripts, collected from Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Sungai Iyu and Medan, with each other.\u00a0 Keywords: Attahashi, ghazi, Aceh, Sungai Iyu, Lam Kabeu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00d6z:<\/strong> Bu makalede, A\u00e7e\u2019deki bir T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli ailenin analitik tarihi g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00f6z konusu bu ailenin do\u011fu A\u00e7e\u2019de Sungai Iyu adl\u0131 yerle\u015fim yeriyle tarihsel ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l ile 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015flar\u0131nda ekonomik-politik geli\u015fmelere de k\u0131smen de\u011finilmektedir. Ailenin halen hayatta olan fertlerinin iddialar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ailenin baz\u0131 \u00fcyeleri ge\u00e7mi\u015fte A\u00e7e Dar\u00fcsselam Sultanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n son y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131nda Lam Kabeu ve Sungai Iyu\u2019da y\u00f6neticilik yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, b\u00f6lgede bug\u00fcne kadar var oldu\u011fu ifade edilen T\u00fcrk varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal ve siyasal izlerinin ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131lan ilgili veriler \u00e7e\u015fitli yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgeler, s\u00f6zl\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ile saha ziyaretleri ve g\u00f6zlemlere dayanmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu ara\u015ft\u0131rma s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve yaz\u0131m s\u00fcrecinde Banda A\u00e7e, A\u00e7e Besar, Sungai Iyu ve Medan\u2019da ba\u015fvurulan ilgili belgeler kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgelerdeki bilgiler ile aile ve ilgili ki\u015filerle yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler neticesinde elde edilen bilgilerin birbirleriyle \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
